cota is glitchy
it’s good in all good but get y’all’s app fixed its glitchy and annoying like how does the app say you 3 minutes away and you’re still at the same location ? then it say it’s here no where to be found never comes. you’re making people late that depend on this app to get places fix it.

Some days it is easy for me to book a ride. However, most Friday afternoons I cannot book a ride due to drivers sitting in the parking lots for 20-30 minutes.
Cota took too long
Sometimes your driver will accept the drive and sometimes they just sit at McDonald’s please do not sit at McDonald’s Aceppt it

I joined months ago and have been hesitant to use the service. It’s a beautiful day today and I thought what’s the worst can happen? I am hooked already!!

If I could rate it lower I would. There's no real avenue to file complaints . No place that I can see aside from reviews and ratings on the apps stores to air grievances . So I'd wager there's little to no accountability for any of the people employed there. And no or little support for going above heads.

Useless for central Ohio
This app doesn’t do any good. I see people getting rides in areas that I can’t because it’s “out of zone” anywhere from south like parsons or east like refugee to downtown even to grand veiw you cannot get a ride. It seems to be only available in the Westerville area but I’m not understanding how I’m seeing cota plus on the south and east side of you cannot request a ride on the map.

Don’t expect much
Everyone is nice but the entire system is broken, if you try to book after 2-3 PM good luck calling the help line is just another person trying to book it and they’ll basically do as much as you can about it which is nothing . Gotta wait 30 minutes just to book and another 30 to get picked up, only sometimes can you get where you wanna go on time, it’s better the Uber but I guess cheaper isn’t always better

Awesome
This app is awesome! It’s a lot cheaper than Uber and Lyft. You can’t beat going anywhere with $3 or possibly free. I can’t wait til it expands to cover the entire city. It’s also safer because all the rides have cameras and all the drivers are COTA bus drivers.
ISSUES
Don’t rely on this app to get to work on time b it’s a nice feature but hit or miss. The zones won’t update to include Westerville and I’m literally a half mile out of zone from my departure so I have to catch a transfer bus to get in zone.
