First, it’s not DIY. Not at all. Also, they tell you the solar cameras last 7-8 months without a charge, it’s more like 2 weeks. The doorbell camera lasts 1-2 weeks. The panel only 1 day. None of them record. Don’t waste your money

Terrible cameras
The cameras are terrible. They don’t stay charged and it takes forever to open. All it does is spin. They also don’t capture what’s going on especially my front yard.Had an incident where a kid was riding a dirt bike digging holes with his tires in the dirt. The cameras also don’t work on the tablet panel y’all provided. I really don’t like the cameras😡👎🏾

Horrible security system
Terrible have to deal with cameras always losing connection and being SUPER SLOW and that’s just the start GO WITH ADT it’s the same amount of money per moth anyways and way more superior
Great but wish for upgrades
I love the app and how it allows the house security features to all be accessible from one location. Would like for there to be widget options for iPhones and for features like disarming the home to be Siri compatible. Other wise it’s an amazing system

So it’s pretty great these cameras are solar powered and the monthly fee is so low right? One would think. But it takes so long for the video feeds to pull up in the app it’s useless. And that’s if I can ever get them to pull up at all. It’s hit and miss if they actually record anything. Most the time (even with no internet problems what-so-ever) the cameras are offline. Even when they are miraculously online I’m lucky if I get any saved recordings to review. All in all I feel like the only good these cameras and this service does is deter anyone who might see them.

Home security
Great company with great customer service and support. Reasonable priced services and products. So glad I switched when we moves it’s definitely an upgrade and well worth the investment. Easy to install and setup I’m not very tech savvy so if I can do it myself so can anyone else.
Solar Cameras are a joke
Solar Cameras don’t charge in full sun, in the summer, in TN!!! They always show needing a firmware update and STILL don’t work. I do NOT recommend this service or the equipment
Get what you pay for
Alarm is very basic and often goes out. You get what you pay for. It arms and beeps but im always if someone really breaks in will it work well. We often receive alerts that say supervision failed on certain sensors, and our backdoor sensor seems to have stopped working in less than a year. My advice is to just invest in a bit more to ensure your home is safe and secure.

The only thing that works are the doorbell and the panel.
Cameras don’t work. One of them keeps disabling itself. We disabled 1/3 of our windows sensors after they kept disconnecting repeatedly from the system. Over and over again. App never works. It never loads. Camera feeds never load. The app is always crashing or telling me the system is armed/disarmed when it’s not. Hours after we disarm it, the app will still say system is armed when it’s not.
One morning my husband accidentally opened the garage door and set off the alarm. The app continued to say DISARMED for several minutes, eventually making us run through the house to disarm it. This app does not work well on iOS. We’ve had this system since last summer. Nothing has improved for us.

Live Camera Feed Never Loads
Recent update issues: Can’t view live feed despite phone and camera on the same network. The update broke the already weak camera connection, rendering it useless. Dev Team, make camera access seamless like Ring. I have Wyze and Ring, and this app is the worst in that category.

Junk security equipment that SUCKS!
This system from the install to trying to get the solar cameras to recharge to the doorbell cams only lasting 3-4 days to getting any of the cameras to record actually movements other than the environment, insects and birds. Hate this systems should heave kept my ADT with no cameras because this has been a nightmare from day one. I have replaced cameras and still haven’t been able to get them to recharge properly or record humans or cars. Biggest mistake I’ve ever made was switching to Covesmart and wasting my time, money and energy on this so called security systems.

Total trash
This system hasn’t worked right since we unboxed it. It constantly has connectivity issues with the wireless parts so it just beeps at you incessantly, they arrive unlabeled so you have no idea which ones are supposed to be for doors or windows(it does matter even though they look the same). Total regret and will replace.
