Fast, easy, and helpful
I recently installed Cover to try and find a suitable insurance policy at a reasonable price, within just a few short minutes I was able to go over a variety of choices and I was already seeing great options.
What I appreciated the most though was the agent they provided me with when I was having some trouble figuring some things out. My agent, Hudson, was genuinely super helpful in trying to find an insurance policy that fitted my personal needs and went above&beyond your average customer service to answer any of my questions.
That kind of quality from him made my experience shopping for auto insurance a 10/10 👍🏼.

Quick. Simple. Helpful.
This was my first time using a mobile app to find a great insurance option that suits me. Honestly thought it would be a hassle and didn’t think it would be as helpful as it was. My agent was Tobi, he was super polite and helpful. I didn’t need to ask any extra questions because he had already discussed everything I needed to know. He was quick and to the point. I previously had geico who was charging me a ridiculous amount but after speaking with Tobi he helped me to get started connected with progressive in just minutes. I will now be saving a couple hundred dollars per month, Thank you Tobi!

Great service! Cover found me the coverage I needed at a great rate!
In my search for auto ins. I came across and included Cover (which I had not heard of before) into the mix, and luckily connected with Jacob at Cover just a few days ago. He kept in touch with me via text, and at my own pace. The pleasant communication was welcomed, and I appreciated it also not being pressured or overbearing.
In addition I was also doing my own DD to create a decently robust auto plan through using many individual provider apps, but not only was that process cumbersome and futile at times - or the resulting rate seemed too high for the value. Jacob then took my info and found me what I needed - and at a good rate that worked in my budget and needs. So thank you Jacob for helping me, and hope others are able to solve their needs with you too.

Outstanding Service (auto insurance)!
These days it’s pretty rare to be able to speak with an actual person when communicating with a company/business/etc, and more rare for that interaction to be a pleasant one! However, this is exactly what happen working with cover. My agent, Stephanie, was very helpful, had great customer service skills and excellent attention to detail. She was also friendly, thorough and a pleasure to work with(not to mention the fact that she found me an incredible auto insurance rate with a reputable company!!)!
I’ll definitely be using Cover for all of my insurance needs and recommending Cover to my friends and family!

So easy to work with!!
This is my 1st time going through an app for any kind of insurance. My rep, Justin with Cover was amazing! I’m a single mom of 4 young kids so going to see anyone face to face or even having a quiet telephone conversation is almost impossible for me. I simply asked Justin if there was any way we could go through the process via text message and he had no problem with it. The entire process from start to finish was easy, effortless (for me anyways lol) and done completely via text! He was patient and never pushy like some can be. I really just answered a few questions and got my car ins quote. It was so easy that for the 1st time in my life decided to bundle with renters insurance as well! The rate was only a few extra dollars a month ontop of my auto so figured why not. I normally only ever said no to the additional insurance because I always felt like the agents were being pushy about it. So thank you Justin for all your hard work finding policies that work for me and my family. Thank you for your patience and thank you for answering all my additional questions that had nothing to do with my policies lol you were great and I’d love to work with you again in the future.

I’ll start by saying you are lucky if you get Ali as your agent. Great guy, extremely patient, super personable we spoke all told over an hour and never once did he make me feel rushed or like a bother. He took time to hunt which combinations gave me the best price (which, with my driving record is ridiculously difficult at best). This is my second car and second time using cover to hunt down a deal. I sat in the dealership today, car paid for, just searching apps for a better deal. Ali chopped it down so much and found discounts (if for the other two apps I was checking) I’d never have known existed. Thank you Ali and thanks again cover!

Ask for David. I have been with cover for almost a year now. They have found 2 different policies for me, both covering auto. I cannot believe how much money this app has saved me for my auto insurance. When I shopped on my own I didn’t find quotes like the ones they found for me. All I can say is that the process they use is easy, fast and saves you money. Period. Their support is top notch, understanding, and works hard for you to get you exactly what you need. They will walk you through everything and I can’t recommend them enough. Also, as a side note, they are not pushy. Nowhere in the process did I feel like they were pushing me to go with the policy they found. I actually really really wanted the policy they found. They are that good. Super easy and affordable
I’ve been searching around for more affordable car insurance than I have now, and was skeptical at first when I saw the low rate Cole sent me. Once we started to get things going, the rate actually ended up being EVEN LESS than the original quote I was skeptical of! He went over the coverage on everything, and made knowledgeable recommendations for better coverage / ability to save me money in the future. I am blown away by how quick and easy this process was! And Cole was also just super nice and personable, and I enjoyed our small talk as much as I enjoyed the low rate. Thank you Cover, and thank you greatly, Cole!

Jeff was a super huge help. He was able to answer questions and had great customer service like I was chatting with a friend. I had no idea what insurance I could get with the best price and this app felt like a long shot but was thoroughly impressed. I had the option to text instead of call which handled my anxiety quite nicely, they got my insurance cheaper by $75+ easily, matched my policy and got me more discounts than I could even attempt to get elsewhere. I was amazed by what rate they initially gave me and lowered it even further by $30. Turns out his manager used to work with my old insurance company so they know the ins and outs! The call took barely 30 minutes and by the time I was done I had to ask what insurance I was with because it blew by me so fast, and it was with a reputable company so I honestly have no worries! Again, Jeff is amazing, my mind is put at ease, and I feel like this couldn’t have gone any better! Look forward to working with you Jeff! Keep up the good work!

Horrible Experience
When I initially signed up I got the best rate I had ever seen, then one day I quoted adding a second vehicle and it was an outrageous quote. So I declined adding that vehicle to my policy, well then next month Cover deducted $700 out of my bank account instead of my usual $113. Somebody by mistake went through with adding the vehicle in their side, this was admitted to me by Cover. It took them a week to pay me $600 that was over charged. I cancelled my policy last month after finding a better rate elsewhere, now I wake up this morning and see that they have now charged me $222. Had I renewed my policy after March that’s what my rate would have been, but I cancelled the policy and have the messages to prove it. Twice they have charged my account when they shouldn’t, now I’m short $222 in a time of need during this pandemic. Extremely disappointed in this whole experience.

The best modern way to find insurance
I was skeptical about using this app because I never heard of it and I was so used to calling a broker to assist me in shopping for car insurance. I like convenience and efficiency so I wanted to try it out. First of all, it was super easy to set up, you just enter some general information and the app does the rest. Within minutes I got quotes and I received a text right away. You can change the coverages on the app or you can txt your licensed agent. Morgan M. was my agent and she was not pushy, salesy or annoyed when I asked questions. She assisted me through text and I talked to her on the phone for a total of maybe 15 minutes and we picked a plan that was cheaper than my previous policy. It as definitely painless and super easy. I am happy that cover combined the power of working with a brokerage and a licensed agent but with a modern technology twist. Thank you again Morgan and cover!

Best way to find insurance!!!
I had been looking for insurance for months until I found this app. I had been trying all of the online insurance quote comparison websites and the lowest quote I got was $220. So I got this app and it was SUPER simple. I put my information in and within minutes I had a quote of $119 monthly. They requested to send me a text from an agent to finalize my insurance plan. My final quote was EVEN LESS than my original quote of $119 by almost $30. Even better the insurance quote they got me wasn’t for some third rate company I had never heard of...It was Progressive, one of the most well known companies in the business! So glad I found this app. HIGHLY recommend!!

Don’t bother
I downloaded this app because I was paying 207 with Geico. I filled everything out and was told “your monthly payment will be $155” I told the rep “cool my insurance ends with Geico Friday (which it was Monday)” she told me the price would be locked in for me Friday rolls around and she tells me “oh well since you waited the price went up to $195 a month” I was confused because she promised that the price would be locked in I ask about a military discount she told me yes it would move my payment down to $145 a month. Thought it was a good then so I start the process she then tells me “there is a $40 fee to start this policy today” I thought it was weird but paid it next billing cycle rolls around and I’m being charge $195 for the policy I call back and talk to a new rep they tell me that their are notes or any proof she promises this payment to me. I was dumbfounded then I ask to get out of the policy on grounds I was lied to then they threatened me stating “if you don’t finish the policy we will make it difficult for you to start another policy at a low rate” so if you download beware they don’t care about your military status and 95% of what they tell you is a lie. Worse insurance I have ever had I would recommend the general over this place

Probably the best and easiest company to work with!
I have been with Geico for over 15 years. Honestly they billed me and I never bothered looking for another company. I have never had an accident and always been a responsible driver so what do they do when I move to Houston? They doubled my rate! I was not pleased but after calling a couple of big insurance companies they all were the same price. Six month later I heard about these guys and I called and setup an Account. A girl from San Francisco called and was very helpful in adjusting my plan. They have many options so don’t just go with what the app offers. After comparing my current coverage with them, I got my deductible from 500 to 100 and same coverage almost half the price! 😎 i would definitely recommend them and trust me this is my third review since I bought an iPhone in 2010 lol 😂 so I wanted to spread the news and help more people that just have auto pay for years to ditch their insurance company and go somewhere that they appreciate you and your business!!

This app is an absolute game changer. I didn’t expect for the process to be so easy! Alex was extremely helpful, patient and sweet from the very first phone call. Even when I mentioned that I’d have to get back to him with a final decision, he was never pushy and didn’t bother me until I came to him having made a decision. It was so convenient to be able to chat with a real person via text, very few automated calls or texts makes the whole process really feel like they care! I saved a substantial amount of money compared to what I was paying and am so grateful that I found cover. Don’t think twice, this is a no brainer if you want to take the stress and time out of shopping for insurance!

Greatest experience EVER HAD !
This was the best experience I've had getting car insurance. The people here work with your schedule are able to answer all your questions and give you solutions for any problem you may encounter. They really try and help you get the best affordable insurance and the best part of it all is that theres no calling around jumping from agent to agent once you have someone working with you thats the same person you will get every single time ,I Love this app and I have to give the biggest thanks to Justin Benjamin he is such a kind and understanding person very flexible and overall made me feel valued as a customer

Best Insurance App EVER!!! Highly recommend
If you even think for a minute that you are overpaying for your auto insurance this is a must, must check. I was paying over $300 a month for basic coverages and just overall being abused by the system. That is until I found Cover. This app got me a great price at over 90%less than I was paying. Shout out to Devin he really was overall committed to finding me the best rate possible and making my experience an amazing one. Such a cool and professional person to talk to and the man knows his stuff. Once again I recommend to anyone even thinking of just looking, I promise you won’t regret it. I didn’t fully know how to look for car insurance as I have had State Farm for almost 7 years. However I was not looking for spam calls and a million messages from every insurance company in the world. I decided to take to an app which is the new wave now. I had the amazing opportunity to work with Christopher Tse. He answered every question I had and more made me feel completely assured in my very confused decision. Gave me the best deal even a broker couldn’t give me. I am now insured with a big named company and was given a policy number same day and amazing information on how to proceed.
