타이머기능 평일/주말 구분 필요
타이머 기능이 평일따로 주말따로 구분해주셨으면 좋겠습니다 주말에 더 자고싶은데 얼음 달그락 거리는 소리 거슬랴요 ㅠㅠ

Maybe hire someone to write an app. You all have no clue how to do it
Can’t link my unit, going back to older app
I’ve been trying for days to link my unit. Been using it for over a year without issue, decide to try upgrading to the newer app because I’ve changed the main filter but the older one wouldn’t register that it’s been changed. Cant even connect to this app.
블루투스 연결 누가 만들었냐?
최근 영업당해서 비데를 더블케어2로 바꿨는데 그전에 잘되던 와이파이 연결방식을 어쩌자고 블루투스 연결방식으로 바꾼건지 이해를 못하겠다. 비데에서 조금만 멀어져도 끊겨서 지동연결도 안되는걸 뭐하러 저딴식으로 해놨는지 거의 쓰레기급이네..다시 연결할려면 휴대폰들고 변기에 앉아서 어플켜고 비데에 버튼 누르고 연결하는데 일보고 거실에 나가면 다시 끊김...아무짝에도 쓸모없는 기능..업데이트할 계획은 있는가?

Serious issues for a premium product
I really want to love Coway. The purifier itself is a beautifully designed and brilliantly executed product. However the fact that I need the app to do basic functions like set a timer or turn the bright light off at night is pretty unfortunate considering how poorly Coway has executed on the app. Having to log in every time is annoying but fine if you can just set a routine and leave it but of course that’s not what happens. Automations (like turn of light at x time) work maybe a few time (if that) then stop. Now, every night, (unless I want a bright blue nightlight) I have to go to the app, log in, navigate to the device, scroll down to manage, down to lighting, switch to off.
[3/4/26 update] The routines seem to be working now. Guessing Coway is slowly working through issues. Changed rating to 3/5

취침설정 횟수 변경
취침시간 설정을 1번 -> 하루에 2타임으로 할수있게 변경해 주세요.
낮시간에 다 출근하면 집에 아무도 없는데 얼음 만들고 있고 그렇다고 매번 끌수도 없고! 2타임 설정할수 있도록 변경해 주세요!!

자동화 기능 부실
자동화 설정 기능이 부실해요. 그 외에도 타 사에 있는 자동 켜짐, 자동 꺼짐 기능이 자동화 설정으로만 가능하고 공기청정기의 경우 전원이 꺼졌다가 다시 켜지면 설정해둔 모드가 초기화가 되어 매번 켜질때마다 다시 눌러줘야 하네요 (전면 집중으로 켰다가 끄고 다시 켜면 전후면으로 켜진다던가)
제품 삭제 어떻게 하나요 기기 바꿨는데
기기 바꿨는데 기기삭제도 안되고 , 비데는 앉아서 블루투스 해야지만 계속활성화 되고 어떻게 하라는거에요?

들어갈때마다 로그인을 해야해서 불편해요.
needs improvement
Initial WiFi set took forever and had to reconnect a few times before the app screen finally said it only worked on the 2.4GHz band. Also, the scheduler feature on app does not include locking of the unit’s physical buttons (it can only be locked in the present; cannot preset lock in the scheduling. I have a cat and he never fails to mess up the pre-arranged settings because he jumps on the unit during his nighttime zoomies. If the developers can include such a feature in future updates, that’d be great.

Bad software
The best part is you can turn the lights off on your unit if you have it in a bedroom and are light sensitive. But there are a lot of bad parts.
1. The “remember me” button for staying logged in has a Terrible design that makes it look checked when it isn’t
2. If you switch the fan speed mode it forgets the setting you chose for the lights. So if you change speeds you have to turn the lights off afterwards. Every time.
3. No graphs of air quality.
4. Overly complex design for people who just own one coway device and want to use their phone as a remote for it.

아이콘 얼음 정수기와 노블2 공기청정기 20평형을 같이 사용하는데 한 어플에서 2개의 기계가 각각의 어플로 사용해는게 너무 아쉽고 불편합니다 ㅜㅜ 한개의 어플로 다 같이 사용할수 있으면 너무 편할것 같습니다

Prefer the old IoCare app
I have two coway app connected air purifiers. All I want with the app are notifications when the air quality is bad, and collected long term data to review when I want.
I see there are these new “routines” and can’t tell if they’re active or inactive. I’d like to be able to clearly inactivate them with a slider switch, or delete them all together. The Home Screen of the app shouldn’t be showing routines unless they’re active, otherwise it’s an annoyance and not a feature.

Horrible app
The old app sucked because it made you login every time you use it, well this new app does the same thing except has a much worse layout and extra steps to get to the same settings. I spent an extra $100 for a headache…
