Revenue is the focus here
App itself is fine, but the lengthy commercials to watch video and numerous times you will accidentally click on an Amazon ad while scrolling highlights their focus is ad revenue
Still Slow As Molassea
App is very slow when closing articles. The ads are annoying when they keep popping up. Articles get cut off constantly and you have to guess the rest of the words. Same app as the CTV News one and same issues.
App works after deleting older version and reinstalling the newest version. Thank you 🙏🏻

Good but needs some repair
My last two reviews got me nowhere and I can’t even see them here.
It would be a good app if they fix the same old issue I keep complaining about.
Where ever there is an embedded picture advertisement it completely cuts off the train of thought of the previous sentence. You will find that often you are reading along but the ad cuts off the end of the sentence and you are left wondering what the final, sometimes important part of the paragraph, actually is? And no, it does not continue after the ad. It just starts the next paragraph.
Twice before I have complained about this over a multi year period to no response. And to add insult to injury they now have real pop up video ads destroying our enjoyment of the app. Honestly I would rather pay a few dollars for ad free use.
This could be so much better.

Brutal app
This app is unbelievable. It’s ad laden and every time you try and scroll, a new page advertising companies pops up and opens a new browser page (mostly Amazon).

Ads in Articles Forced
The ads in the news articles are so large that every time you scroll down it opens them. I previously deleted this app because it was pushing so many ads and now I returned to and it’s a new issue. I want to be able to scroll and article without Amazon opening three times

I used to use this app several times a day. I found it informative. Now between the popup ads and excessively delayed responsiveness of the app itself I cant use it without screaming colorful expletives due to my unnecessary frustration. I don’t need an app to stress me out. And now it’s deleted.

App Not Opening
The app has not opened since Saturday morning. It gives me an error message that says “impossible to initializing the application”, which isn’t even grammatically correct. If it’s not fixed by tomorrow I’m removing the app.

I use to love the app. But all of a sudden it’s not working. It keeps telling me to check my internet but my internet is working great. Guess I will have to find something else.
