App does not work
You just get an error message sayin “page not found” when attempting to add an upcoming reservation. Didn’t get anywhere with the app.

When i try to add a reservation the app redirects to a Page Not Found website.
Waste of an app
Does not work. Can’t add a reservation because it goes to a web page that is “not available”. Huh?
Worst hotel app
What is the purpose if you direct everything to your website? Might as well delete.
Really bad app!
The previous version of the app stopped working as they were upgrading. The latest version is even worse. I can’t add any bookings, can’t access my rewards etc. It’s just all very poor and not what you would expect from a large hotel chain!
Terrible UI
This app is pretty bad. The accounts for CQ and CQ rewards are somehow not the same. Trying to view your account within the app prompts a browser window, which requires a second login. The second login does not function correctly and redirects you back to the landing page endlessly.

You can’t register, it just errors. Been like that for months.
App doesn’t work - even after new updates!
So frustrating! The previous version of the app didn’t work and there were issues logging in and accessing any information. This was the case for years which is so unacceptable by modern hotel standards.
They just put out and update to ‘fix login’ issues and now I can login but still not access profile information or anything related to previous stays and reward points. Inexcusably bad.
If you value your customers then please invest in your technology! This puts me off booking with CQ at all.

Doesn’t work
I’ve been able to register but it does not let me log-in. I have reset the password and tried multiple times to log-in but continuously says my email and password and invalid. I give up.
Can’t Login
The app says my credentials are invalid. Password resets don’t help. Nothing works. Customer service has no idea what to do. Functionally useless.
Can’t Log In
I can’t even get this thing to log me in. I’ve tried the forgot my password several times. I’ve tried different password complexities. It doesn’t matter. It just said it’s invalid.

App doesn’t work. Claims my credentials don’t work but I can login on the website just fine.

Most actions result error message. No mobile check in. No mobile check out. No ability to review bill. No mobile key. Reservations have to be added manually. This app has no functionality in any meaningful way. Surprisingly terrible!
Checkout doesn’t work
I downloaded the app to checkout from my stay. It wouldn’t let me checkout. Kept saying I was already checked in.

I downloaded the app an hour after I made my booking and it came back and said the name on my reservation does not match the name on my profile with them. I checked, and of course they match perfectly, so I deleted the app and had to check in at the front desk.
Cumbersome
Very clunky. Poor layout.
Don’t bother
The password doesn’t take even after I logged in from a computer, the app refuses to accept it. It can’t find your reservation, etc. completely useless.

I tried online checkin, unable to located my reservation.
I spent more than 1 hr exchanging email with hotel app support but with no solution.
I physically checked and the apl doesn't work, not even as room key or tv remote.
