Can’t track order progress
The app is good for rewards but you can’t track order progress or delivery from the app itself
No Way to Choose Sausage or Bacon as breakfast meat
I love Cracker Barrel breakfast, as do many people. How can they have an app that does not let you choose Bacon or Sausage as your breakfast meat? I have reported this to my local store’s manager. Tried the update and it still does not have that option available.
Ordered Online, food not available
Ordered a meal online thru app. Drove 20 minutes to restaurant and was told item was not available. Had to wait another 15 minutes while second order sat there

app won’t let you add to cart
Fraud
Please do not order from their app. I ordered they charged my card but the order never went thru. Please don’t use it. I tried to call them and they don’t even answer the phone. Tried to contact them via social media the same thing no response. They took my money. Now I have to put a claim on my card. So trouble some. I can’t imagine if someone barely has enough fund. You can get hungry and still lose your money.

The app never works properly when trying to place an order for pick up. Super annoying and has been like this for years
Missed the little things
The app forgets your login after a short period, requiring me to re-login. I guess that is security so thieves don’t steal my phone and race to get some pancakes on me.
Even better, when you do login, it clears your cart - even though it remembered it when I opened the app and it not-so-conveniently logged me out.
You cannot see the password, no eyeball icon.
And it does the classic - sits and stares at you with no indicator as it churns in the background.
The rewards are worthless.
This is a 1 for poor fundamentals.

App not working
This app used to be good. Now it refuses to work. There is an open Cracker Barrel in my town and it refuses to find it to start an order. I cannot order because it doesn’t recognize a store that is near me. And the worst thing is I have an expiring reward to use. I finally deleted it and moved on. Will eat elsewhere where it is not a fight to spend my money.

App has a severe problem
When I try to place an on line order the app says ‘oops, there’s an updated version of the app. Please update to the most recent version’. But there are no updates in the App Store. Help!
Broken app
Switched from wifi to LTE and my whole order was deleted. Told me to sign in to check out, so i did, and it deleted my order again. Decided to use the texas roadhouse app instead and it was way smoother. Yall need to optimize this app a bit more.
Terrible App
Spent 45 minutes between the website (2 different browsers + incognito tabs) and then this app, just to try and place a simple order for 2 people. Worst app experience of my life. After each item it would load for a minute+ and then it be 50/50 if “An error occurred” or the item actually gets added. Just to get to the “Place your order” button at the very end and have literally nothing happen. No prompt for payment info or address just staying right at the add tip place and no loading or anything. Thank god their moronic AI chatbot exists tho couldnt have used those funds to make a functional website or app I guess.

Forced Eggs on breakfast items
Imposible for me to order breakfast as there is no option to remove eggs from breakfast items. I wasn’t even trying to substitute eggs, I don’t want any eggs touching the rest of my food.

This app only works half the time. Always gives you an error when trying to check out. Update - Since this past review, it works much better this time. I hope it keeps working.

Slow app.
The app is terrible, very slow which makes it very difficult to place mobile orders.
