love this

this app is really helpful. i use it for my ranting. i like to see it breakdown everything and how i’m feeling and it just makes it simpler to see the core issues. i do feel like the monthly subscription is a bit high which sucks because i like to rant in videos but you can only upload videos in pro or whatever. but i just use voice memo to rant now because i don’t need pro for that. but anyways, i love this app. i use it everytime i rant or just anything

Of months now and wouldn’t be without it. I wish I remembered to turn it on before avery collect and staff conversation which usually becomes training to selling

Amazing Product

It serve fully and for founder role and I can fully rely on craft note to manage my day to day meetings and as well now I don’t need to watch my learning videos on YouTube; it simply summarises; so that I can be quick learner and move on to other important things. Keep up the good work.

So helpful!

This app is awesome! I am Secretary for a VFW Auxiliary and I use it at every meeting. It summarizes perfectly and I can also see the actual conversations. I LOVE this app!!!

I used to be able to send the recordings to my laptop. I can’t find that feature anymore. Can anyone help me with that?

Terrible AI Fetaure

I uploaded a video to the AI notes feature. It completely left out multiple crucial pieces of information. I asked it to redo it and it missed even more pieces of information!! I paid for the whole year and I’ll never get my money back. I asked for a refund so I’m really hoping that I get the refund. 80$ down the drain. Just save your money.

Disappointed

So far this is not accurate and I’ve had to change the character voices, edit the text, and the highlighting is completely off. When I go to click on a section it won’t click on the section I need. And there will be several sections highlighted jumping back and forth. Im so disappointed. I’ve spent over 3 hours on a video not even an hour long and it’s still not complete.

tried the free trial, when trying to cancel subscription it doesn’t appear in Apple subscriptions, and in app it tells me “no email found” support does not reply
