OTP generated does not work
CRDB internet banking does not accept OTPs generated by this App.
DOES NOT WORK
This app does not work with iOS. I’ve tried for over 1 month with CRDB personnel to get this app to work. Every time I attempt to login it says there’s something wrong (not username or password or incorrect). Apparently the third-party app developer said it has to have an internet connection, which I had every time whether it was the mobile network or WiFi. Until they update it don’t even download this app. Terrible app, terrible service. I would rate 0 stars if it let me.
