Terrible response time! Cannot open purchases from past two years nor currently subscribed issues!!! Still unable get a response from magazine. Doesn’t get a star

It’s just WRONG to CHARGE PEOPLE and then LEAD THEM ON with the “it takes a while to ‘restore’ your purchases.” NOT HAPPY, I WANT A REFUND.
