Can’t verify credentials

I’m an active member, my benefits are active, I’ve confirmed my account info and am able to login on my computer. But this app has never once let me login- every time I enter my username and pw it says “cannot verify credentials”.

Can’t Login

This app looks as though it was constructed in the 90’s. It is archaic and not only that, the screen where you choose how you want to dual factor authenticate doesn’t work so I am in fact never able to login. It’s useless and I wouldn’t recommend anyone download it. I have called them multiple times and nobody has been able to get my account to a place where I can login. Wouldn’t recommend the app or the health plan at all.

Cant register

I just can’t register. i fill out all fields and can’t go past stage 2 for some reason

Can’t login to App

While my experience isn’t as bad as others, when I log into the app, it just takes me to my web account, instead of actually logging into the app. Therefore, the app is not working, but still functional as a shortcut to the website.

It’s horrible

This is absolutely the worst app I’ve ever tried to use. Only slightly worse than the website itself. You can’t find anything, contact information is incorrect and it’s difficult to navigate

Not helpful

I installed this app hoping I could see my health claims. Since installing it I’ve received 3 emails for claims that don’t show up in the app. Either the app simply doesn’t work, or it’s information is so out of date as to make it useless.

No information and lots of spam

This app is crammed full of health spam data. It is difficult or impossible to actually see the information on my insurance plan. I still cannot find anything on my claims despite having a tab the calls itself “My Insurance and Claims”.

Can’t view basic information

It’s difficult if not impossible to view basic information about your insurance like review your recent claims. Claims are hidden in the side menu but if you try to view details nothing comes up.

Terrible app. None of the tabs that are supposed to take you to different information spots ever work.
