Cannot sign in
I can't sign in with the latest update!
Cannot Login Since Last Update
Since the latest update, I can no longer login to my account, receiving an invalid username/email address error. However, using the same credentials, I am able to login to the website just fine. Please correct this error/bug and I will happily modify my review.
It’s not working.
I’ve been usingcredit.com for years. Today September 30, at all. The old platform does not recognize my sign in or password. If you were going to change platforms today, notice should’ve been given. I’m disappointed.
Unable To Sign In
I open the app and it says that something went wrong. I try to enter my email address and it tries to do Face ID again and again says that something went wrong. It’s been like this for months. Please fix the app.
Interface Could improve a bit more
The app is great and cheaper than myfico, the only reason im giving it four and prefering myfico subscription over this is app interface could improve a bit more. Many clicks required to see more information.

I can’t check my credit score cause they keep getting technical Issues.
App doesn’t work
If you are using the desktop no problem. The app itself even with the VPN temporarily off does not work. I can log in immediately kicked out back to the log in screen
Canceling account
There is absolutely no way to cancel my account. Why can’t you cancel, if not happy with the app? I tried contacting customer service in app. Doesn’t work.

Esta aplicación es puro scam, le pagas por un servicio que no prestan, bajaron mi puntaje de crédito 80 puntos para hacer los reportes de mis servicios y de un día para otro no sale reflejado en la aplicación y solo me dicen que es error visual, y no tienen forma de quitar los hard inquiries de tu historial crediticio, lo que hacen es enviarte a otro lado para seguir pagando por algo que ellos deberían arreglar

Terrible app
I chose this platform over all the others out there, paid my subscription, got all utilities, rent etc reported. Only to have my account go from the premium features to the free version even though I PAID and went through all that time to report my bills etc. emailed support and they have an entirely different email associated to me, meaning I'm apparently paying someone's else's account.
I have yet to hear back from support. I'm disappointed by their service, their platform and do not recommend you use this platform.

I've sent requests no answer. Can't log in always tells me please try again. Very irritating.
App and website are garbage
App is terrible. Unable to enter information. Complete and utter waste of my time
Credit reporting
I love what the service does with helping to add credit reporting well I am simply paying my every day bills. It’s hard for me to build credit when I am always working overseas and it’s great that these guys are able to help me out as I hope to purchase property with a loan in the near future. Cheers to you all!
