Grateful for the support
I enrolled in a program 5 years ago to pay off two credit card accounts. After getting off the phone with ACCC, it has been confirmed that both accounts have been paid off in full. When one account was paid off in January, I continued making the same payments, and it was seamlessly then all applied to the second account, resulting in a pay off two months earlier than expected. I am so relieved to have completed the program and also feel grateful for the flexibility that they had on the rare occasion that I had to switch a payment date by a few days throughout the years.

Hello, who ever is in credit card debt, I recommend ACCC. They negotiated that high rate from Chase to 10%. I was able to breathe. Now that my debt’s paid off, I feel great, and thrilled to worked with ACCC!

This customer service representative Jay has been very disrespectful and talking over me and not helpful, she wanted to push her agenda, instead of listening to me! It’s frustrating when you give your money and individuals are not understanding of your situation.

So, it took two phone calls to ACCC to get my problem resolved, and it was AJ who did it. He got to the bottom of why I was receiving communiques from one of my creditors requesting additional funds. It took two 3-way calls, but he did it! I am so grateful to him and ACCC. I would and have recommended them to anyone in need of credit counseling!

I was skeptical of ACCC at first because it seems like most companies are out to make a profit off of the hardship of others, but this has NOT been my experience with ACCC at all. They were able to consolidate my credit cards at significantly lower interest rates and specifically Joaquin was very kind and patient when helping me through the process. The app is also very convenient to use and I can watch my progress and monitor my accounts easily at any time. Would definitely recommend this to anyone going through a hard time.
