Hey Credpal you are really a pain to the brain firstly you deduct money which wasn’t successful due to system error then after all my complaints you just keep clearing my complaints and Ignoring them and you sent a mail where I said it was successful I sent screenshots of the only transactions that went through yet you turn a blind eye

That live chat is supposed to be called Dead chat not live Chat

Outside this my experience has been cool
But I’ll definitely not recommend anyone downloading the app until this issue is resolved

Unrealistic

It’s an unrealistic app and probably looks like misleading, I don’t think any serious customer would want to waste their time on such financial app like this compared to Opay and PalmPay, you can’t even risk a big amount of money

Very buggy reverts back to the onboarding page frequently and always requesting for verification

Lowk tired of that but beautiful user interface & experience in other aspects regardless

This is the most useless app in entire world, starting from the customer service it’s very annoying and trash. Whoever is in charge of the customer service should be sacked because he or she doesn’t know how to talk to customers. And for the loan and all y’all should just remove loan from the app and stop messing with people okay. Rubbish app

Please I still don’t know why someone hasn’t been able to get to me since on Friday I just deposited money and my account was block? They did nothing to help customer care are the worst ever sorry they they don’t have any customer service at all

This is by far the most useless app in the entire planet. The experience with this app and their so called customer service is one that I wouldn’t even wish on the devil himself. I topped up my account and tried to send the money to a friend but it wasn’t going through.
I cleared the app and opened it again only to find out that my money has disappeared from my cash wallet. I reached out to their service and complained, only for them to reply an hour later telling me that my money is in my account. I was so mad. How can my money be in my account but when i try to make a transactions it says insufficient balance and that my account is N0.00.
Please i plead with anyone trying to download this app, Run for your dear life before its too late!

I can’t get my money out of the app!!!
I’ve contacted them on IG and all! Still nothing!
I sent my money out of the app to a different app, I didn’t receive my money from them!
I complained, my money got reversed, and I sent the money out again! Just for the same thing to happen! I’ve complained again, but nothing is being done!! My money is somewhere I don’t know and I can’t access it, neither are they attending to me!
What use is your app if I can’t withdraw from it to another bank!?
Y’all should refund my money and find a way for me to transfer it out of your app, or I’m escalating the issue!
Don’t tell me to message you on IG or through your app either because I already did!! Y’all just need to attend to me and address the problem!

SCAM APP, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

This app is a scam, I first downloaded this app last year, and off the bat the first thing I noticed is that you can put money in, but you will not be able to take it out, no matter what you do, after realizing that, I wanted to delete my account and my details from the app and obviously, they wouldn’t. Fast forward a year, I got a text from them and I decided to give it another chance, maybe it was all a misunderstanding, nope, it was not, same tactics, they want you to put money in the app that you will never be able to take out.
