Biometric login does not work

Keeps generating an error message when using biometric login (Face ID). I have tried un-enrolling from biometric login as well as completing deleting the app and all data on my phone and reinstalling with the same results.

Can’t log in

I tried to login to pre check into my appointment. However, both the app and the website both want a MFA with an authentication app but it doesn’t work. So, I can’t check into my appointment.

Pls do away with auto log out

Title says it all

Web app, always logs you out

Doesn’t have biometric log in that works

Not getting advanced notice of appointments

The app doesn’t show my upcoming appointments until less than 24 hours notice, so if I make an appointment 6 months in advance, it could easily be forgotten until day of and I may have other plans by then. Seems a way they can charge you for cancelling appt with less than 24 hour notice.

Also, it keep telling me to register my dependents but I don’t have any.

Inexplicably horrific

The amount of hoops they make me jump through to get insulin is shameful and a perfect example of everything that's wrong with this service. I think it's dangerous to use this. Very little concern for patients. I regret using it.

Good UX but bugs

This app looks pretty modern and is intuitive but there’s always auth issues or networking issues. One time I got a blank screen screen with 0 error dialog

Lacking; deteriorates user experience

In today’s day and age, app not talking to Apple Health is a deal breaker for me. Even the Sutter Health app does it seamlessly. Crossover is meant to be a new-age service provider but you wouldn’t know that from their app

Easy and quick sevice

I got this application through my job and it’s been a great app to work with. I suffer from asthma and being able to request a prescription within minutes is amazing. I also like that I get notified once my provider responds since I typically have to exit the app.
Overall very good experience with this app and it’s services!

Can’t even register for an account!

When I try to register for an account and put in all my information and press “create account”, it says “password cannot be blank”. It’s not blank! I entered one that met all of your security criteria! The web browser does the exact same thing. How am I supposed to use your service if I can’t even register for it??

Where’s the Update button?

I’ve gotten two emails from Crossover now, telling me to update the app or lose functionality in three days, but the promised “update” button does not appear on the App Store for iPhone.

Not tested enough

The app freezes and need to close to use it again.
Download documents always says that
I can’t download.
Viewing documents don’t allow to zoom and it is impossible to read

App malfunctioning

I have to continuously remove the app and download it in order to get into it . This is continuously happening and gets very frustrating. Please fix . Thank you

Decent app, but Notification alert persists

I hate seeing the red dot for notification. This app doesnt seem to properly handle notifications that are read/unread

Just bad

The app is bad. I’ve used it for half a day and had three spurious notifications. The service is also bad… as long as I’ve been a member, I’ve brought up two health concerns and for both been directed to see a local provider in person.

App Update

The new app update looks like they switched to web view. Not terrible but it makes everything to small to read on a phone. You have to zoom into the words to be able to see anything. It’s a downgrade compared to the old app. Also there is a bug. If you click a URL from a message it opens the url in a new browser but when you go back into the app the URL is now pulled up but you can’t exit. You have to close the app completely and restart.

Can’t log in

So the website will shut down on September 28th yet when I come here the app tells me my account doesn’t have access to the app and that I need to go back to the web version.

App doesn’t load

App will open and display log in screen. After entering my credentials it won’t process or load. Easier to use the browser to log in.

Can’t sign in with employer credentials

It fails to sign in with the same credentials I use through my employers crossover site. Just says that the login is invalid.

Clean and simple

Easy to follow up with my PT visit and chat with my provider. She’s awesome and seeing great progress on managing back pain
