Can’t get to sign up page. End up in a perpetual loop

endless loop after clicking sign up on the app. just redirects you back to the app store of crown. 2026 and can’t believe simple app functionalities like sign up don’t work properly. what a joke

I have the app but can’t create a new membership
App freezing!
App freezing when you open and tap on Rewards tab. Tried deleting & reinstalling but same issue. Also it no longer shows how many status credits you need to retain current status.
Insultingly, inexcusably bad
I am trying to give you my personal details in signing up for rewards. Why are you making that process literally impossible.
The ID capture does not work correctly. The face capture does not work correctly. The captures are rejected, or timeout, or capture and then timeout due to no capture. It says there is no ID in frame despite that being the *only* thing in frame.
Trying to fix this in-person was unsuccessful. There’s also no way to use digital ID in the app or in-person, that might mitigate the significant failures of the overall ID process.
I will not return to Crown. I will delete this app. I will tell everyone that this experience was insulting and demeaning, and that Crown does not care. I’m sure Crown is happy taking their pound of flesh from 10% of their total customer base.

Terrible app
After a long sign up process at the end there was an error without any reason. Waste of time.

This app would have to be the worst app on the planet. The app is clunky and devoid of information. A user cannot check history and neither can the establishment. The app does not provide any benefits for members. The establishment don’t care. The establishment could use this app in a beneficial way, whereby all parties find it useful.

glitchy info-farming
casino no longer takes cash so we’re forced to make an account in their system and then midway thru trying to take the pics of ID for the account (which is painstaking bc there are reflections everywhere in the casino) the session expires while i’m doing something and i’m meant to restart. its like they don’t want my money lol

Points not adding up on app
Went to crown last week and spent money at hotels, restaurants, shops and in the casino. None of my points have been added to my status credits

my friend has a Crown membership, recently he has upgraded to the latest version of the Crown Resorts app, but he is now unable to log in as a member because there is no where for him to enter his PIN number??

App will not work
Someone already mentioned here in November last year that app will not work after ios was updated. Can’t login at all and rewards desk can’t help at all. Waste of my time really.
It was working properly for months but from the moment I answered one of their surveys and in the end of it I clicked the option “don’t want to receive new surveys request”, the app stopped working.
Could be a coincidence but no one has done anything to fix it

Probs after updating
The app will not accept my member number and password. When I go to reset password the app no longer recognises my member number or email. Spent an hour with support at Crown Rewards, they contacted IT and couldn’t resolve the issue. I can still login online. Please fix your app.
Fish for lunch
I ate lunch at Chervo Italian restaurant today at crown river walk and the fish was not nice it was tasteless and wasn’t cooked properly and it wasn’t good value of the price and I would never go eat there again
Hey Crown, this app is great, but it has a few bugs.
This app is great for getting around Crown and seeing what there is to do at the resort, but I’ve noticed there is one bug in the app that’s annoying.
Whenever you’re logged into your Crown Rewards account, it seems like there is a login issue which logs you out of the app if there’s an issue with your connection, and it sends you back to the initial startup screen, rather than open up to the home page.
I’d appreciate it if someone could have a look into this, because it would make the app more reliable if they could fix this login issue.
Overall, this app is great for getting around, and discovering what there is to do at Crown!

Hi there....this app can not save member number and PIN/password, however, it can be saved on the website only.

Wrong status and glitch
I logged in and showed me a wrong tier status also login problems with password with iphone 7 took a while on the password cell to work
Login error
When you go to login page you can enter member number but then the box for pin disappears and can’t get it back, not sure if there is some trick to it, but I can’t get it to work!
Frustrating and disappointing
Loved the app to keep track of my points and the ease of booking but now every time I open it, it crashes and the website won’t let me log in either. Very disappointed
