Terrible Customer Service
Crown is horrible as a company servicing American manufacturing. Their technicians are incompetent and their service advisors can hardly communicate in English. The management team makes the entire operation look like a circus. Avoid Crown Hilo’s at all cost!
Service for Hilo repair
This app is very easy and user friendly I recommend this app for all crowns customers
No job status updates
App is ok and does what it needs to do but it really needs a status update to know if tech has come and status of job together with history log of MHE available. Has potential just only half way there, finish the job Crown.
Easy
Very easy way to request service. Would be great if the app would provide updates such as request acknowledged, scheduled and date etc. would also be nice if you could set up a site account vs individual accounts do multiple people could access the same information.
Service For Forklifts
This is great to simply request repair service for our Crown and other forklifts.
Terrible app from a terrible company.
App constantly resets details forcing you to type everything in again. No feedback on status of service ticket as to whether or not a tech has attended site and solved the issue. Any one thinking of using Crown as a service provider should definitely consider an alternative as the app is just as bad as dealing with the company itself.
