Horrible horrible service last three times I’ve been here and I’ve been quite a bit one person screening and having over an hour wait in the screening area and get to the bed quicker and then today I waited almost 30 mins to get unhooked when I was done not to mention they unhooked 4 people they got done after me and I even said something didn’t matter to bad place is starting to go down the drain

THE POINT SYSTEM IS FLAWED.
You get points for donating , and after a certain amount you can redeem the points for money . The only problem is , the so called points expire so fast that you never really get a chance to save up any points . Now we ask why even have a point system in the first place if we can’t save up any points . Idk it just seems like false hope or some type of before hand lie , If anyone has saved over a 1000 points from donating let me know . Couldn’t get an answer , so I left a review.

It is so unstable and difficult to get into, yet nothing is ever updated or made more useful, so why the constant hangups and glitchiness? You have the money, CSL, so maybe make your platform better if it’s what you expect us to use for our data, pre-donation questions, etc. Make the app useful!

The new update kicked everyone out and keeps saying to update, proceed to check App Store to open and app and cycle continues. No work around at the moment.
