Horrific App
First and last time ever using this app! Whoever created the system app can go pack up their bags and leave! Scanning the QR code brings me to the abyss. Started manual by keying the phone number for OTP and needed to wait for 298 seconds and end up nothing. Sending few times into the twilight zone. Tried linking property and brings me back to keying the phone number!

Parking Reservation System Enhancement Request
Please ensure that the app is integrated with the security monitoring system. Once all visitor parking bays are fully occupied, the system should automatically prevent any new bookings. This will avoid situations where visitors are allowed to make a booking but arrive to find that no reserved parking space is available.

I can’t even open the statement. The apps keeps on crashing each time I try to open the statement in my account.

The app keeps shutting down by itself every time I click on something. It crashes constantly, making it impossible to use. Please fix this issue in the next update.

Been trying a few days now. Email the APP Owner who responded at past midnight (a few days later and while I was asleep) with a manual OTP that was invalid already by the time I saw the email in the morning.

If only I can rate a negative star, it would be -99 stars. The app freeze at loading and crash and shut off itself almost every time i open it. Why make an app that is not working? If no budget, then don’t make it
Not user friendly for IOS
Forced to use CSS Home for 2.5 years and still dont see improvements on their UX/UI especially for IOS users. Difficult to insert service request at all and now I cannot even submit one!

Useless App compared to JaGaApp
My condo recently switched from JaGaApp to this new app, but honestly, it feels outdated. The UI/UX design is quite old-fashioned, and the app tends to lag frequently, which makes the overall experience less smooth than expected.
The badge notification does not disappear
The badge notification does not disappear despite I already checked all categories icon in the apps. All messages also have been checked, but the badge icon is still there. I’m afraid that I have missed any notifications from the developer team.

overnight parking always error and app will crash. In the app i apply start date example 27 and end date 29. At security side shows one day only. very complicated app and not stable. other VMS system are better
evac alert
few days ago receive notification for evacuation alert ( nothing happen). few may take this notification for granted but what if it really something bad occured. i have highlighted this issue to building mgmt but no response. please look into this
Css home keep showing error
I suddenly opened the app to register my visitors but i could not get into it i logged out and tried logging in again but am error message keeps popping up all of a sudden saying this person/number isn’t under this registration
