The system is very rubbish
Waste of Money - Use Veygo instead
Charging upwards of £60 for me to insure a car for an hour. This same car cost £12 for the whole day on Veygo which is powered by Admiral. Cuvva is a rip off and Veygo provide much more affordable insurance policies

Insurance you till you have an accident after that put you straight in the bin avoid at all cost

Their prices are extremely high, and their customer service is very poor. I don’t recommend that anyone use them.

Keeps sending notifications
Irritating app like many others, keeps sending you messages and notifications. Spammy, annoying popups. Would give it zero do I could. How many times do you think I need to engage with a short term car insurance app?
App is well made but useless for me
I moved my old car’s insurance to my new car starting tomorrow because Cuvva was recommended to me by family members to cover the old car until it sells. The price for 28 days is about £30 less than I pay for a whole year, 14 days is £192 and it won’t let me modify anything to get the price down. It’s only going to be driven for test drives. The app only uses current location instead of taking where it will actually be stored. Chatbot was worse than a normal chatbot. Out of office hours so no human support.

Quoted me £900 for 28 days despite having 2 years no claims and a clean license for my bmw 320d ed 2011 . What a rip off .

Was using this app for a while before switching to Veygo and the prices on Cuvva compared to Veygo are extortionate, so anyone reading this download Veygo and compare your prices. Gaurentee you it’ll be half the price if not more

Really easy app to use. I got insurance fast so I could drive my car home the same day. Simple process, unbeatable price, and no stress at all. Highly Recommended
Worst customer service ever
I am frankly disappointed and disgusted by the lack of communication between Cuvva employees where not helpful in the slightest and just kept refusing to help in any way shape or form whatsoever

App is broken
Im asked which marketing preferences I want, but when clicking an option is doesn’t actually register the click, the button flashes but it doesn’t register any selection so I can’t actually get into the app until I’ve done this step. As I right now, I CANT USE THE APP.
