I hate having to run back to my apt and enter my credit card information and not being able to save a payment, so if I’m in a rush, Apple Pay would be a huge functionality feature.

Why can you not save a card like every other washing machine app? Can’t even report a problem properly. Middle Ages app.

Please add feature where card information can be saved so we don’t have to put in all information over again just to add funds to balance

Never get my Refund your lost money. Machine was poor quality.

The account needs to save payment information. Having to add it each time is annoying. And not efficient.

My only complaint is that I have to enter all my CC info every time I charge the card. I’d like to be able to double-click my Apple Wallet and be done with it.
Does not store my payment info
I have to type in my name, address, and credit card info every time how does this app not store or remember that info in 2026
Could Use Fixing
There’s a loading screen that takes forever to close—it’s the one where, if you’re using multiple machine, it pops up after you press ENTER or whatever, before you can select the next machine. Please fix it. I have to close the app entirely just so I could use it again.

First time using the machines first time using the app. The app was easy to set up and I appreciate it telling when a machine is available or not.
Payment method
Would be really nice to have an option to save payment methods instead typing it in every single time!
Can’t save card info
I can’t save my card info, so I have to put it in every time I want to add money to do my laundry. Absolutely ridiculous.
Dirty machines
The machines need to be maintained better, there’s mold, slime in the machines.

Needs upgrades
It would be really helpful to be able to save your card or use Apple Pay. Also, since these are meant for places where other people are using them, it would be awesome to see if it’s in use by someone other than yourself.
