I have to reenter my credit card info every time I reload my account balance.

It does control the laundry machines 90% of the time but what’s the point of this convenience without Apple Pay?

Do you hate not having an in unit washer dryer too?! I’m grateful the building I live in at least has two washer and dryers in the basement for the tenants to use. Having Cycle-Pay definitely helps make life easier with the laundry app and not having to worry about having enough quarters to do laundry. I tend to wait until I have two IKEA blue bags worth of laundry because I lack the time and energy to wait for laundry on my day off. I’ve been spoiled with my own laundry machines in the past so CyclePay laundry app is my lifesaver when it comes to apartment living. Thanks cyclepay

Too inconsistent
Jesus Christ this thing sucks! It’s so inconsistent! Why the hell do I have to sign in each time? It’s really annoying and it can’t connect to the machines half the damn time! God

This app is terrible it takes forever for the machine to read the code on the machines and we hate the fact u can’t pay with Apple pay
Scam
These machines regularly take money without continuing to wash or dry, making you wait 20 minutes before you can try again. It unsettling to be scammed where you live.
Not User Friendly
I much prefer the previous laundry app. This one is Not at all User Friendly!! I’ve heard it from others as well. One has to continually move phone around and guess where just the right spot is for it to connect! It should have a sign as to where that spot is—at the least. Thus for both washers and dryers. Thank you!

I hate having to run back to my apt and enter my credit card information and not being able to save a payment, so if I’m in a rush, Apple Pay would be a huge functionality feature.

Why can you not save a card like every other washing machine app? Can’t even report a problem properly. Middle Ages app.

Please add feature where card information can be saved so we don’t have to put in all information over again just to add funds to balance
Refund
Never get my Refund your lost money. Machine was poor quality.

The account needs to save payment information. Having to add it each time is annoying. And not efficient.
