Lost money
I literally loose so much money a week from these machines I’m now 40 in the hole from my clothes not rinsing to them not working ect horrible

Even though the machines have been damaged and can no longer take coins the app makes the process surprising seamless and easy

It’s annoying that your card details don’t save and you have to manually renter the information every time.
It also tells you to get closer to the machine even when you hold your phone next to it and the connection is slow.

Not easy to use
Having to type in CC and billing info every time you need to add funds is a pain. Apple or G Pay would be great but giving an option to save payment info would suffice.

Convenient & Easy
I like how the app shows you how many machines are currently in use before you head down to the laundry room. I also like how it tells you when your wash and dry cycles have ended. For someone with ADD this is major! Agree with others that connecting to the machines wirelessly isn’t always optimal. I turn my WiFi off and use cellular data and it seems to work faster. The struggle is the network trying to figure out which way to connect. Also nice you don’t have to buy a laundry card to make it work. Load money in the app and go. I’m happy with it.

Scammers. Washing machine was never enabled by the application. And you cannot take back your money. Fastest chargeback of my life
Worst app ever
Took my money out never registered on the app, I’ve been waiting for days now, I’ve even called support I’ve done everything. This app is terrible give me back my money. Fix up your app and give me back my money
Horrible UI
App forces user to select location but our building isn’t listed even tho it should be. When I try to search location by scanning a QR code all I get are error messages. Useless.
At least $5
Can we make it to where you’re able to add $1-$2 or less without having to add $5? It’s frustrating when I’m 25 cents off and have to load $5 onto my account to dry my clothes.
THE WORST APP I HAVE EVER USED
WE HAVE HAD IT FOR OUR LAUNDRY IN OUR BUILDING FOR OVER 7 months and it still has not worked won’t take any credit or debit cards just completely useless there’s no customer support no one answers service request or emails our appointment management are just as useless they don’t even know who to contact either just a complete waste and from the reviews it literally takes your money when it does do better this is ridiculous
