Poor performance

Voice transcription is never worked. When I go to listen to Voice Mail The volume is always muted or at zero. There have been a couple times. I thought it was a person call me and just never left a message. they have also been times where my phone didnโ€™t ring and I only noticed when I see a missed call or a new voice message.

Terrible App - have complained multiple times to manufacturer

This app is bad. Granted, SIP applications are tough. However, when I compare this to MS Teams it is POOR. For example: 1) Want to see a phone number in the history? Odds are this isnโ€™t your day. Maybe close and reopen this app. Or tomorrow might be better. 2) Text messaging from this app is clunky. It feels like the app is TRYING to draw the screen but canโ€™t (Electron?). 3) The contacts search doesnโ€™t. 4) Donโ€™t even get me started on the phone call quality. Iโ€™m a 20+ year veteran of networking, I know SIP protocol, and there is just NOT a combination that works reliably. Alternate SIP ports, TCP mode, itโ€™s all pretty bad. The days have come and gone where you can trust the endpoint to have reserved bandwidth. The developers need to go back to the drawing board.

Itโ€™s okay

I wish this app would consistently work with headphones. I find I have to switch the audio to the phone then back to my Bluetooth headphones while on a call to get it to play in both sides. Happen across different brands.
