No assistance with refund for a failed order
The vending machine at godrej city Panvel failed. I had to cancel the order, the refund amount less than the original was credited to the daalchini wallet. No option to seek refund directly to original mode and only a useless AI based chat for support. Seems like scammers..
Can’t remove items from cart and unable to place order as well
I added same item twice to cart and tried to place order but it’s giving an error, I tried to remove items from cart but it’s giving an error. Only 0 out of 1 available.
This app is not tested well and it’s pain for customers.

Glitchy, Slow, and Unreliable – Not Worth Using
Extremely disappointing experience. This app is riddled with bugs and fails to deliver on even the most basic functionalities. After making payments, the vending machine frequently refuses to dispense the item — leaving users frustrated and out of money.
The location search feature is completely broken, making it hard to even find nearby machines. On top of that, it takes an unreasonable amount of time just to get a single item. The overall user experience is clunky and unreliable.
Frankly, BB Instant is far superior in terms of speed, reliability, and ease of use. This app seriously needs a complete overhaul before it can be considered a viable option.

Payment got stuck and and now i have to wait for 15-30 minutes to get my order or refund.
Very bad experience first time i used machine and i have not received my order, which needs to take few seconds but now i have to wait for 15-30 minutes after putting complaint to there customer service
Horrible and Thief like
Worst possible device ever. It is not able to do the one task it is meant to do- which is vend. Highly recommend people to never use these devices and leave them be as it is a money hole which doesn’t vend its products. Pointless, horrible and useless
