No assistance with refund for a failed order
The vending machine at godrej city Panvel failed. I had to cancel the order, the refund amount less than the original was credited to the daalchini wallet. No option to seek refund directly to original mode and only a useless AI based chat for support. Seems like scammers..
Can’t remove items from cart and unable to place order as well
I added same item twice to cart and tried to place order but it’s giving an error, I tried to remove items from cart but it’s giving an error. Only 0 out of 1 available.
This app is not tested well and it’s pain for customers.

Glitchy, Slow, and Unreliable – Not Worth Using
Extremely disappointing experience. This app is riddled with bugs and fails to deliver on even the most basic functionalities. After making payments, the vending machine frequently refuses to dispense the item — leaving users frustrated and out of money.
The location search feature is completely broken, making it hard to even find nearby machines. On top of that, it takes an unreasonable amount of time just to get a single item. The overall user experience is clunky and unreliable.
Frankly, BB Instant is far superior in terms of speed, reliability, and ease of use. This app seriously needs a complete overhaul before it can be considered a viable option.

Payment got stuck and and now i have to wait for 15-30 minutes to get my order or refund.
Very bad experience first time i used machine and i have not received my order, which needs to take few seconds but now i have to wait for 15-30 minutes after putting complaint to there customer service
Horrible and Thief like
Worst possible device ever. It is not able to do the one task it is meant to do- which is vend. Highly recommend people to never use these devices and leave them be as it is a money hole which doesn’t vend its products. Pointless, horrible and useless

The app is actually good. The tablet attached to the vending machine freezes and then we cannot cancel or move forward with the order. Making it difficult to get stuff on a office where every min of the break is monitored.
Dalchini best app to use for taking out whatever we want.
Most of the products are listed under this app and also very easy and smooth to use vending machine to get the product, also if there is any issue just whatsapp and you will get assistance within less time. Great App to use highly recommended.

I added a token of 20 rupees off but yet total price was still the same, didn’t reduce even an rupee. Other than this no problem with the app
The option of searching the kiosk doesn't work
When I tried to locate the vending machine, it simply gave me a list. The list was neither sorted nor the search option worked. Ultimately I had to take it from the vending machine itself. But when I directly took from vending machine no discount could be availed even when the final amount was eligible for discount. Not good app. Not happy.

Money Looters - The suitable name for this app
Every time I place an order, half of the order is delivered, and the machine hangs. I also never get a proper refund. They are nothing less than street looters who offer 10 items and charge but deliver two items and don’t refund the rest. I hate this app.
Poor App Interface and Options
Dear Daalchini, in the era of tap payments, you guys cannot create a smooth, user friendly app interface?? Calling yourselves a big franchise is not helping when you are not able to get basic things right. There are millions of app developers who can help you create a better version of this app. I had used the vending machine in my office to make an order. Firstly the process was so tedious and confusing and then I got stuck at the payment method as it was not allowing me to use any UPI. After a lot of struggle I was able to add cash to my wallet via Paytm and then placed the purchase. Once it was confirmed, the vending machine failed to open and forget about the app showing me the ‘Order is completed’, there is no way I am getting an option to raise help or refund request! Which century are you guys operating from? Very poor experience overall.

I saw the advertisement of 20₹ off on first purchase if we order from the app. After downloading the app,selecting the items and completing my payment methode. The app goss back to cart page and ntg happens. No chat support too on how to redeem my items. Such a waste of money. No how will j get my moneh back

Worst application
Why this is the worst application it doesn’t work anytime I have tried this 3-4 times but every time my amount get stuck. Every time I add money and pay from the app at the end I regret. Will go on play store and rate this app 1 star ⭐️ and will add a good comment also sorry for that.
Miss payments, Lags and no customer support
My amount was deducted and no product was given to me. I several times chatting with whatever WhatsApp support they have but no response and no refund.
