Fasting Reminder
This app helps me remember when my window is open to eat and to fast, plus it gives me a 30 minute warning to eat a snack before my fasting starts in the evening. The fasting time is adjustable and I’ve lost 10 pounds using this app as of January , 2026. Give it a try, it has helped me.

Found this gem of an app by accident. Beautiful in its simplicity it doesn’t tell me stuff I’m not interested in, just a very gentle reminder of my fasting window. Completely effective !
Audible alert please
I enjoy everything about this app, except that there is no audible alert to notify eating window, and fasting start time.

Try clean and simple
No frills or needless bells and whistles, o insane diet plans, just a simple timer app that does exactly what it says. Finally 👍…

Can’t change times w/o starting all over again. Notifications are spotty at best. Too many quirks to rely upon.

I’ve made fasting a lifestyle in 2023; and for many who do this, they’ve done the research, read books and listen to the podcasts… this app is for you guys… you don’t need coaching or anything like that, you just want data tracking and simple reminders to keep you on track during a busy day! Most fasting apps are way to much… this one is not! It’s basic, data tracking and reminders… i use it because I work a robust schedule and I want to eat properly, the right amount of nutrients and so forth without; it’s easy to get buried in a project and miss your eating window… i hate stacking calories because i forgot to eat before 6; routine is what makes a fasting lifestyle work, it has to become a habit; but within that mindset, you need simple tools to help the process… this is that tool! this app has basic reminders like eating windows and so forth - The primary reason I chose this app; working in the field on a project, a reminder helps me create perspective about time frame so I eat routinely, again, this is how habits are formed. This app is great and is as advertised so far. Great work!

No nonsense app
This app is clean and clutter-free. I tried a dozen intermittent fasting apps, and this is by far the best. I have been recommending this to friends.
