Very unhappy
Tried to use reward for free dily with $1 purchase but it wouldn’t let me checkout with it in my cart. The manager refuse to redeem offer saying it worked for everyone you had to be doing something wrong. Why not just redeem it?
Homemade Fast Food
As far as fast food goes, Dairy Queen comes the closest to being homemade and not quite as bad for you. As a mom looking to keep her kids healthy and trim that’s a win when she doesn’t have time for anything else!!
Delay
Last two times my order is put in a freezer and I stand there waiting and told it didn’t go thru. They then find in Freezer

The drive-through girl was super sweet and my peanut Buster parfait was made on point. It was perfect.
Wrong location. Can’t cancel orders
Pray to god you don’t forget to check the location. If you order at a different Dairy Queen than the last one you were at, it doesn’t bother mentioning that you’re nowhere close. You also can’t cancel an order once submitted, and neither can the store when you call.

Sandwich was made wrong and soda had no carbonation. Ordered on mobile app. Once I got the correct order food was good.

No matter the email, can't make an account. Unable to stack rewards. Useless.

You can’t start an order until you receive it in your system??? It would have been easier and faster to order at the till. Ridiculous

I ordered a Biscoff Blizzard thru the app. When I got it, it had rung up as a Butterfinger Blizzard after the fact even though it was Biscoff in the cart. :(

i can’t sign in. it’s either telling me there’s an error or telling me that i already have an account but when i try to login to that account it tells me i can’t. fix this. it’s not user error i’ve had this app for long enough to know how to work it and i love dairy queen but i would like to be able to login to my account so i don’t lose my points.

Worst app I’ve ever had to use.
Using this app has been BY FAR the most infuriating experience I’ve ever had when buying food. I can never checkout with ANY of the deals or rewards I try, and am only able to redeem them by ordering in store which defeats the entire purpose of ordering online. HORRIBLE (app) service!!!!!! I know my orders are valid because when I go into my standard location I’m always able to redeem the EXACT reward with the EXACT order that I tried to place online and couldn’t checkout because “YoUr SeLeCtEd ReWaRd IsNt VaLiD”

Absolutely Delicious
This was absolutely the best DQ I have had. Crispy onions rings hot chicken tenders burger was juicy and delicious and the blizzards were spot on from top to bottom of the cup. Thank you

They don’t give u a number with a Mobil order so makes more difficult to get
