I come here 3 to 5 times a week in order of blizzard. Heath blizzard and staff always greets me knows me by my first name. always very friendly great place to have my favorite dessert.

Mobile order
I’ve never ordered from a FAST food establishment and was told at the speaker, it would take another 5 mins or so to come through on their end to wait in the parking lot and pull back around in 5 mins or so! That makes zero sense to me and is a waste of time when I can pull to the speaker and order my food there and get it right then! Won’t be using the app again!

Bad Information
I ordered a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough cake. The app let me order and charged me. I went to the store and they could only give me a Reeces Cake. Had I known that I would have gone to another store. Next time I will drive to Publix. They care about Customer Service. I spent $40 to disappoint the Birthday Boy. If is not available then you should not be lied to by the app. Bait and switch.

First on line order dissatisfaction
Dissatisfied , we ordered one cheeseburger meal and one chicken strip meal . My wife’s cheeseburger meal lacked French fries and there was a proposed free cheeseburger deal that was not honored on line .when checking out -a message read that the cheeseburger fee deal could not be applied

It’s fine
An ok fast food app, DQ is kinda overpriced anyways. And the deals aren’t really that great. Except when they have 1$ small dipped cone, or I believe Mondays are BOGO. But an annoying thing is when you make a mobile order for pickup, the progress bar never fills up. Leaving you wondering whether your order will be complete or not depending on your pickup time. Kinda annoying, they should give order updates like Chipotle or something. But whatever, it’s a fine app.

Kept Freezing!
The DQ all kept freezing up! Not good.
Wait time
Was told in drive thru it could take up to 15 minutes for them to get the order. Unacceptable in 2016.
