خااايس ويعلق كثييييير كلما اسوي تسجيل دخول على اساس يرسلون لي رمز التحقق بالايميل مايوصلني شي متاكده مليون بالميه من الايميل نفس المشكلة صارت مع اشخاص اعرفهم !!
You Have to Listen to Your Users
There have already been many negative reviews about this app, and that should be taken seriously. If we want to achieve the Kingdom’s vision of digital transformation, public services need to actually listen to users and continuously improve—not dismiss or justify a poor user experience.
The app is not user-friendly and has far too many technical issues for something that represents Riyadh’s public transportation system. Even basic functionality feels outdated. Why, in 2026, can’t the transport card be added to Apple Wallet? Why should users still need to carry a physical card?
This is especially important because the app is one of the first points of contact with Riyadh’s public transportation system. Think about the impression it gives to tourists and visitors. You can have excellent transportation infrastructure, but if the main app is frustrating, unreliable, and outdated, that becomes part of the reputation of the entire service.
Please stop treating repeated complaints as isolated customer issues. Look at the recurring feedback, listen to your users, fix the technical problems, modernize the app, and make the digital experience match the quality and ambition Riyadh is aiming for.

سيء لابعد الحدود
يبغالك 10 سنوات ضوئية عشان تطورونه ، لو ماسكه سعوديين كان قد حدثوه وطوروه اكثر ،، متاكد الي ماسكينه اجانب ومستحيل يتطور ،، شكينا بتويتر على مشاكل التطبيق و لا يوجد اي تحديث او تجاوب .
اضافة خاصية
التطبيق ممكن تستفيدون منه باضافة خاصية اضافة بطاقة درب اللي شريتها من الأجهزة عند المحطة على حسابي الشخصي واقدر اعبيها اي وقت بدون ما احتاج اروح للأجهزة كل مرة.
لان حالياً ماله فايدة استخدم التطبيق وهو يفتقر لكثير ميزات
ممكن اضافة تحسين وضع مواقف السيارات واضافه اسعار مجانية او اسعار وجود السيارة اكثر من ليلة ويكون اقل من ايقافها بالمطار
كما هو في تطبيق مطارات الرياض
+ نتمنى اضافة جسور مشاه لبعض محطات القطار لتسهيل وصول الناس للمحطات القريبة من سكنهم لكن يفصلهم طريق رئيسي

Virtual card
It is disappointing that the app still does not offer a virtual transit card that can be added to Apple Wallet or other digital wallets. This would make it much easier to use a mobile phone for accessing public transportation, as has been available in many countries around the world for years.

Too many bugs
It took me about two weeks to figure out how to use the an app to book a ride. User interface on app is slick and looks good, but it does not function properly and has A LOT of bugs. I finally figured out how to book a ride, and I booked a ride to come and pick me up at a scheduled time. It said I could activate the ticket and have three hours to use it once activated. Once the time approached, I activated the ticket and it expired within 20 minutes. And my bus on demand ride never showed up at the scheduled time. So I tried to rebook but it said none available. Meanwhile I see the bus on demand busses parked literally by my flat, with the drivers resting inside. I have booked it a few other times and it has worked. They arrived on time and everything went well. A couple of other problems: 1. If you want to bring your family with you, it is quite the process (if even possible). You have to set up separate accounts and passwords for each one of them. Even if you have a baby you have to set up an account for that baby and they have to have a phone number and email etc. then you have to log into their account to set and purchase the ticket. 2. Another pretty bad bug: you cannot cancel a scheduled trip with bus on demand. I have never seen that before….

How is it possible that this is the city’s main metro app, yet it has been broken or glitchy since day one? An absolute joke.
Too many bugs
This app and the bus on demand are great ideas. Too bad it doesn’t work. I always saw the busses parked empty in my neighborhood. Just sitting there for hours. And then I figured out what they were and was so excited to use them, I thought- what a great idea! Unfortunately, the app just does not work. You cannot order the bus on demand. I’ve tried for days now, and it doesn’t work. You cannot pick a location to go to. And you cannot choose a pickup location. It has worked like once- but the app has so many bugs it’s absolutely useless. Now I know why there are always empty busses on demand parked - because nobody can actually order a bus! What a waste of money. ** just want to update my review and reiterate how bad this app actually performs. مشاكل تقنية
بعد آخر تحديث التطبيق مشاكل التقنية كثيره جدا، يعلق على صفحة الدفع، إذا ما قفلت التطبيق كامل الشاشة تصير اصغر وما يطلع التذكرة كامله
App bugging and won’t let me use online tickets
The app turns upside down and I can’t use online tickets as it makes the app crash. I’ve reinstalled it multiple times and still, it does not work for my phone. I wish they’d update this.

نرجو إضافة دعم نقل بطاقة درب من التطبيق إلى Apple Wallet لاستخدامها عبر NFC. هذا سيكون أسرع وأسهل بكثير من الاضطرار كل مرة عند دخول المحطة إلى فتح التطبيق والقيام بعملية المسح.
الميزة مهمة جدًا وستحسّن تجربة المستخدم بشكل كبير. نأمل إضافتها في أقرب تحديث
Please add support for transferring the Darb card from the app to Apple Wallet, so we can use NFC directly. This would be much faster and more convenient than having to open the app and scan every time we enter a station.
This feature is very important and would significantly improve the user experience. We hope to see it added in an upcoming update.

Bad service
I have made several bookings, and on some occasions the amount was deducted from my account, but the bus did not arrive. When I contacted customer service, they were unable to resolve the issue.
the destinations not appears in the app
I hope this review reach to the development team. I face a problem when I click on destinations button for example when I want to see all station that I will pass through I can’t because it doesn’t appear

Worst service
Bad transportation service. This service just for records. Not practical. Irrelevant bus timings. No connectivity from station to station. No pedestrian paths to cross near bis stops.
