App is not very accessible
The app would be OK if I could add the trip notes for the driver for the trips, but they’re not fully accessible with voiceover

Spare took the online booking platform live to the public on October 1, 2024 on behalf of TransDev the third party contractor for DART. The platform still isn’t fully functional. I have reported numerous issues to DART customer service. Newest glitch is due to them overriding your specific street address that you are departing from and forces you to move a very finicky pin on a map In hopes of getting the correct address. Also good luck with adding notes for the driver without the system crashing and forcing you to begin your trip request again.

The only reason I give this app a two star rating is because it is user friendly however the vehicle estimated time of arrival aren’t always accurate between the vehicle locator and the general estimated time of arrival other than that it works perfectly
