Solid testing system
We use Dashr for flys, agility drills, and jumps for several years. They keep making updates to increase the flexibility of the system. Highly recommend!

Customer service horrible
I have emailed with no response with some technical response. I had the originals, worked great, upgraded to blue years later, worked ok, upgraded to silver and it doesn’t time the same like the algorithm is off. I have done THOUSANDS of run throughs. Call customer service to get help and guy (Brett I think) just says “we have 5000 silvers out and there isn’t a problem yet. Instead of actually troubleshooting just insinuates that it’s my problem. I tell him I will try again and will call back if trouble persists….and he just hangs up one me!!! Seriously? I spend thousands over the years and this is how a customer is treated. Awful I will update if it gets better. I am not impressed

Hey Coach, apologies for this experience. It is our understanding that this is now resolved, if that is not the case - please reach back out (info@dashrsystems.com or 844-443-2747). Our customer service rep thought that the conversation was over after instructions were exchanged - he did not realize he ended the call prematurely. Note that Silver uses the same timing protocols as our other systems but you want to make sure the athlete run 2.5-5ft away from the laser so that you are not hitting their legs. You can also place it on taller tripods to extend that window to 1-6ft.
App freezing.
Not able to track multiple splits out to 40 yards. We ran an event yesterday for an a former NFL defensive back. We used 3 sets of gates looking to track 10/20/40 split times. App failed after the first 20 minutes of timing. We had to use hand times. Fortunately, we had stop watches.
App Crashing
Literally used it until today with no problems. Crashes on multiple devices.
App doesn’t work anymore
Tried using the app after a few months only to find out it crashes constantly. Looks like other users have had similar experiences with no answers

Been on phone with support for 2 days. No answers as to why app continues to crash with IOS device.
Accurate, consistent, and efficient!
I heard good things but didn’t know what to expect at such a low price point. The instructions online are thorough and the system is incredibly easy to use. My athletes love it! I have been using it for years now and the time the online dashboard saves me is unreal. Check this system out!!
Best timing system
I have used almost every timing system in the market. The easy set up and easy app navigation is second to none. Would recommend it to anyone.
Awful
This app is absolutely awful, crashes every time we try to use it in our gym. Decent system if it worked, but it is so unreliable and makes it pretty unbearable.

Loved the combine
Loved setting up the combine today! It was great to be a part of. We got through a good amount of kids without worry if times would be accurate! It definitely helped us set an amazing impression!
Love it
The dashr helped me give my player consistent evaluations of measurable times without bias or variation due to hand time issues. They worked well and were extremely easy to set up!
Great Use
It was amazing to use these lasers. Setting them up and breaking them down was easier than I thought. Most systems I looked int needed an electric source so to find a blue tooth abled laser is perfect!
Wow
Just ran on the dashr lasers and I didn’t think it was going to be like running at all the other combines but it was great. I was in and out pretty quickly and I feel like the times were accurate amongst my other times!
I loved using these
My athletes ran on this and didn’t want to leave. Being able to run full speed and immediately see the time is amazing. It made our kids even more competitive with thermos training!
Easily the best laser system
Honestly they should charge more. The amount of test these lasers can run. And if you are creative there’s a lot of different ways to use this system. Forty’s, shuttle runs, l drills, board jumps vertical jumps, even reactive drills. I haven’t found another system that can do this many things and be this cost efficient!

Best Option in the business
We have been using the dashr system, for the last 4 years and the amount of data we are able to give back to our athletes, parents, and coaches is amazing. There are multiple test that can be provided which help our company measure performance progressions in our athletes. Would definitely recommend this to trainers, sports organizations and athletes in order to stay ahead of the game.

Amazing System!
We use the Dashr system almost daily in our athlete training facility. It gives us immediate and accurate data on our athletes’ performance and gives them the data to know the work they are putting in is valuable!! Wouldn’t use any other system!!
