app not working
hi the triple trío thingy isn’t working because it won’t let me choose the things i want and it keeps saying i’m missing somethingand it won’t let me add it to my cart

this app has to genuinely put you through five nights at freddy’s custom night afton HELL so you can order from them. do they even want my money with their overcharged food? i’ve been trying for AN HOUR TO ORDER FOOD FROM HERE AND OTHER DELIVERY SERVICES AND I THINK FATE HAS DECIDED THAT I SHOULDNT BE EATING DAVES HOT CHICKEN. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAS A FAST FOOD PLACE FOUGHT ME ON ORDERING FOOD AS MUCJ AS TJIS PLACE. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. THIS IS LIKE THE 9th TIME THEYVE PUT ME THEOUGH SUCH HARDSHIP. THE SECOND YOU OPEN THIS APP SUDDENTLY YOUR PHONE STOPS FUNCTIONING PROPETLY AND NOTJING LOADS. THEN WHEN YOI TEY TO ORDER, THEU PUR YOU THROUGH 10 STEP VERIFICATION LIKE TJEIR FOOD IS HIDDEN THEOUGH A LASER ROOM AND BEHINF A SAFE. Buggy and Unusable

Have an issue where the Apps phone number verification pop up doesn’t leave regardless of verification and prevents me from using my points for a meal. Terrible front and back-end design.

Verify Details Glitch
App is great, but unfortunately has become completely unusable as it pulls up a verify details screen that will never go away. Only provides “there were errors with your request” when you try to put your information in.

Great service and great food. The only issue I have is not being able to request extra pickles! 😂🤣
No way to claim reward points in app or in store
Love the food and have lots of points that can’t be redeemed. When you try to use them in the app you get an error message that says not valid with this order. When you try to use the QR code in store they get a similar error message and tell you that it doesn’t work in store for some reason and to try again through a mobile order. Nobody in store including the manager can explain why you can’t redeem your points. They tell you it must be a problem with the app. Also, tried to order the new “trio” and there’s no option to pick your three entrees. You can only pick your three sauces and napkin options then it gives an error when you try to add it to your bag.

App repeatedly failed to proceed. Said I was missing selection. Showed staff, they tried for several minutes, two different staff.

I am in disbelief of this apps rating. Of all the apps I use, this is absolutely the worst. Hands down the clunkiest, most issue prone app I’ve ever touched.
App broken using Apple ID
Error when trying to update info in mandatory update screen at log in.
App is broken
I can’t sign in to my account from Apple. When I do try to log in it says for me to verify my phone number after I put it in it tells me there is an error I’m stuck on the screen unable to use app. When not attempting to log in some menu items are bugged including build your own big trio not having anything to select.

This app has so many problems, it took me 20 minutes to order one meal.
Your app is broken
The app asked me to update my info. I updated it but the app won’t accept the info I entered and I’m not able to move past this screen. Looks like I’m not eating Dave’s today!
Won’t log me in
The app keeps locking me out after asking me to add my phone number. I add it and it gives an error message. Please fix!

They drew me in a couple of years ago with a 50% discount for military and veterans. Even though they change that to a free drink, I still religiously have to eat Dave’s Hot Chicken!
Junk App
This app won’t let me login thru Apple or my email. I’m pretty annoyed with it. The app won’t accept the code sent to my phone and won’t even try to send a code to my phone. Fix this.
