The customer support is horrible
I made a dispute on my account about 2 weeks ago, i have contacted support countless times over this. They attempted to give me a provisional credit, and did not even send it to the correct account, they sent it to a CLOSED account in which i could not use the funds. after being on and off the phone with dayforce support i can confidently say that they were absolutely no help in reconnecting my dayforce wallet account, and not only that, if you don’t say what they want to hear they will just end the phone call stating they can’t help you further. I have a coworker who had issues with dayforce and his issues were not solved promptly either. I would also not recommend getting dayforce if you don’t have any self discipline because it will make you poor. The dayforce card will not let you transfer all of your funds out of the account, so you’re stuck with some odd amount of money in the card at all times unless you specifically use the dayforce card. It’s an annoying for people to keep money on their dayforce card so you don’t use another bank or it at least deters you from doing that. All i know is that after i get my refund check dayforce wallet will be a thing of the past for me. DO NOT GET THIS APP IF YOU HAVE ISSUES SUPPORT WILL NOT BE HELPFUL AT ALL!

With the pop-up of do you want your money sooner popping up all the time you might accidentally hit it and they get trapped like I am where your money is in an account but you can’t get it all the way out so if you need to pay your mortgage with your checking account, SOL my friends per customer service even though it says I have a cap of 5000 transfer I don’t it will only let me transfer $1000

This is the worst app ever made!
Wow. Don’t waste your time. One million error messages with a hundred different iterations of leading me through the same loop every single time. It was a waste of brain power to even think about using this app. Truly awful

App needs to make it easier to find account number because what is showing on my end isn’t the full number and things have bounced. Charging a fee to add money to Apple Cash or use Cash App is frustrating too.
