Dayforce in general
If I didn’t ever have to use Dayforce again, it would never hurt my feelings. You’re never on time you’re not consistent. You can’t get a hold of anybody who really helps you. I’m so sick and tired of no humans for customer service anymore.
If I do contact somebody for help, you always pass the buck to my company I call my company. They pass the buck to you. I find that very lacking and if I didn’t have to use Dayforce, I wouldn’t.

Update terrible!!
New update is terrible!! Over 4 years I have had this app for my work. Now after the update won’t let me in since I can’t update my IOS. We need this for work!! No one can just go buy a new phone tomorrow.

Never had problems until this past few weeks when I was hacked twice and now having issues getting a new virtual and physical card.

Wants me to update
Can’t update as I don’t have iOS 18. Can’t access anything way to go.
Won’t let me log in
Why won’t it let me log in? All it says is “an unknown error occurred”

They updated the program and my phone doesn’t support it and I have money on my Dayforce card and it is locked how can I gain access to it to unlock it
Problems with the app
Starting today, it won’t let me log into it without updating and I updated it but it still keeps saying that I have to update it to log in. Tried deleting app, reinstalling, turning my phone off. Nothing is working.

Not happy
I’ve been using this app for a couple years now. All of a sudden it wants me to update and I can’t since the update requires my phone to be newer which I cannot afford. Whats the since of using something your job requires you to have but can’t use anymore. Not everyone can afford a new phone to keep up on updates like this. Should still be able to use it regardless.
