Some ethnicities are banned

Unsure why, others from my country were able to verify their identity. However, I weirdly wasn’t able to and kept getting a message saying documents from my country weren’t allowed. How could others use them and not me?

Another failed technology

Nowadays, getting on the Internet means, your blood pressure is going to go up. Nothing works. Yesterday I spent more than an hour with customer service trying to buy a ticket and the ultimate result was go down to the station and get one. Today similar result.

Why is it complex?

Ticket selection doesn’t have English translation, why is it so complex? Why are you guys so anal that you guys don’t do transit card directly in Apple wallet? It’s so ridiculous.

Won’t accept birthdate

Internet

When trying to log in, system sends an email. Email sometimes arrives but not for hours. So it able to log in and must book tickets as guest.

Well designed and well made

Despite the flaws of Deutsche bahn, with the inevitable delays and cancellations, the app is well built and well designed.

Easy all-in-one stop

DB Navigator makes traveling around Germany so easy. A one-stop place to just travel around what city you’re in, or to travel around Europe. Whether it’s a one direction trip or a full round trip, it’s easy to book all in this one app. It is making my stay in Germany super easy.

I can’t find where to change the language from germane to English.

Same as title, but the developer give me useful guidance to solve the problem, so 5 star to the DB, and 2 star for apple

Horrible Seat Reservation System

I’ve used lots of travel apps and have never seen a worse system for reserving seats. The website is no better.

Unreliable Train network

Constantly late, where a two hour trip ends up being three or four with delays. It’s a running joke about the efficiency of their trains. Ridiculous.

Poor organization terrible colors

The organization is poor, the placement of things like the time cutoff are confusing and the button colors make no sense.

Confusing app

This sucked. I had mistakenly bought a ticket for the evening and not the morning. I wish this stupid app would use military time like everyone else in Europe
