Worst Experience
Every time I try to log in to my iPhone 12 Pro, I receive the IVR call and enter the PIN in the-input option. But I don’t get any OTP for verification.
Useless.

I followed all the instructions carefully, provided clear photos of my face, the process fails right after this step. Really disappointing.
Worst KYC ever
Can’t complete KYC verification. I tried 20 times but failed to complete ekyc. OCR completed successfully but worst LOD i have ever seen. The app says to change camera angle. After some attempt i got this error “your account suspended due to fake ekyc attempt”.

Can’t complete KYC verification
Can’t complete KYC verification from my iPhone even I have taken clear photos of my NID and Face. Tried multiple times, the NID details comes but after taking pictures of Face it fails. I wonder if a software engineer like me can’t verify his account how can a guy from rural area would do that. Absolutely disappointing. Deleted straight away
