Works as advertised
I received and set up two of these locks today, and they work exactly as described. Yes, the English could use some revision in many areas of the instructions, but I didn’t even need to read them as the set up was basic for anyone who has ever set up a fingerprint on an iPhone. So far I am happy with this purchase.

Great lock but need Apple Watch support

The lock works ok but the app is terrible. It will not allow you to add friends or send them an invite. It just says user does not exist everytime.
Nice product
The rock is pretty easy to use. However, the unfortunate point is that it is not completely remotely used by the app in fact, when you go and try and use the lock and unlock it using the app, it just says to press the button on the Smart Lock to wake it up, however putting your fingerprint will unlock the lock and it will keep it connected, but I’m not sure why even have the app to unlock the app, I think they should fix it other than that it works pretty well

Awesome lock, works really well with fingerprint identification, my only suggestion would be to update the software so you could add the app on the Apple Watch

This is a great lock for gym lockers, there are no combos to remember or keys to carry. The only thing is if your phone is locked in the locker, you have no backup if the fingerprint fails. It would be great if the app also works on the smart watch as an emergency backup.
Bad. Very bad lock!!
Couldn’t get it to connect with my phone through Bluetooth. 1 out of 10 tries to get it to connect and it didn’t stay connected. Fully charged after getting, but battery drained to 3% in less than a week. Had an upgrade but it wouldn’t allow the upgrade. Absolute garbage. Wouldn’t trust leaving my valuables with this lock.

Works perfectly!!!!
This thing is so simple that you can’t mess it up which means that if it’s defective, that would be obvious as well. Download the app, register a new account, add device, clear any precious fingerprints, add my fingerprint, done.

Doesn’t register
This app doesn’t register your fingerprint. It says “graphic failure” whenever I try. And Unfortunately, you’ve already bought the product so writing this review is pointless. It’s like the developer peaced out ✌🏾on this product or something.
Useless and ripoff
Can’t use lock without useless app that has issues connecting to lock all of the time. Privacy agreement admits to some shady activity with your info.

I can’t even give this one star! The app is useless as nipples on a breastplate! It will not register my fingerprint on app! For 2 days j can’t get it to work! First of all I shouldn’t have to have an app! The lock itself should take the fingerprint! Just like my door handle fingerprint lock! So I can unlock it with my phone but what if I lock my sheshed up & forget my phone! Because this worthless app can’t work like it is supposed to be designed, & btw, whoever designed it l, I don’t know how they got out of engineering school! Made something totally simple, totally difficult! Omg it won’t send my remarks unless I rate the thing! Ok 1

At first glance the lock is great quality
The lock is great quality, the app although a much older platform works great, the app communicates well with the lock, no complaints so far.
App works well but no “sign up with apple” option
I like using the apple sign in/up option because it hides my email. However, this app doesn’t give that option, and I received numerous scam emails immediately after signing up.

What a disaster!
This is the worst and the most useless app I’ve ever used. It’s not even working! I cannot log in or reset my password or anything! Now I cannot open my gate padlock because of this app! It’s a complete disaster!
Did the developers abandon this app???
We got several of these locks and the app worked great. Then the app stop working completely. Did the developers give up and abandon this app? I guess this is why we should only buy name brands.

I see a lot of bad reviews here that I unfortunately didn’t read before I bought it so I got super nervous when setting it up. Seems to work OK for me so far, programmed a few fingerprints and got an account set up relatively easily using my email. Lock is of OK quality, I’d say the thickness gauge could be a little bit bigger for security but overall seems decent quality

Couldn’t register…
Both my husband and I tried using different cell numbers and email addresses and couldn’t get the code so we could register an account. Returning lock.
Finally got it working again.
Ok, so I used to use OkLok, and it was pretty good, but I guess it’s no longer available, so after doing some research, I discovered that DBD+ replaced OKLok. At first, I could not get it to work, but after playing around with it, I finally got it working with my locks. I do wish they had a language selection. I received an email that I assume is a confirmation email, but it was in this language 请或小使用! So I’m yeah.
