No Singpass button
Singpass button does not appear when they ask me to verify myself via Face Recognition on Singpass. It’s too far below the screen for me to click on it.

Went to use the QR code and the default is front facing camera rather than rear facing with no feature to switch camera. Also new interface was designed by people who don't use the app ... make sense?

trying to set up a new digital token, brought to the singpass face verification screen but the app prevents me from scrolling down to click the actual “continue” button. what a joke of an app design
Transfer of funds
I have been having trouble transferring funds for 5 days! It kept saying you are working in it!
Phone upgrade = loose banking app
Moving country and phone number made my banking app impossible to update and set up is frustrating.

Bug: on iPhone 16 pro max verify button is missing
As the title says, on the iPhone 16 pro max specifically, the “verify with Singpass ” button got cut off from the bottom of the app, when it gets to that part of setting up digital token

Does not work on iPhone 17
I’m not able to set up my digital token because the screen to authenticate with Singpass cannot be scrolled down to expose the button for it. Please fix as I’m no longer able to do any digital banking!
Useless app
Trying to set up digital token on new iPhone and the Authenticate with SingPass is too far below the screen and cannot be clicked to redirect to SingPass app for verification. Requesting for help from digibot results in being given the same “guide” over and over again.
Lousy Application
Application is getting from bad to worse. Used to have balance amount reflected incorrectly. Today transfer in money from another bank. When tried to transfer the same amount to another DBS account, the balance shown is correct but system does not allow the transfer cause it states the available amount is below the transferred account. An obvious case of programmers not doing the required QC before rolling out their application.

Doesn’t always work
Fed-up that the app & digi vault approval fails, when trying to book flights etc. It’s clearly unstable and not fit for purpose. Improve or I move to a different bank. Waste of time.
