Horrible.
I will never use this service again under any circumstances. I’ll walk until my feet bleed before I waste my time trying to catch a ride with Decatur moves. Booked a ride over an hour in advance, when the driver was 45 minutes late I called the phone number given and received nothing but attitude from the angry black woman who answered the phone. Then when my driver finally showed up an hour late, she gave me attitude because I didn’t get in the car fast enough. Absolute waste of taxpayer money.

Very terrible
The website is horribly hard to navigate, didn’t have my address as a pickup location (I only live in mountzion). People who drive are typical for Decatur and are slow and will jack up your time and money. Shouldn’t expect anything more from this town. Would never recommend if you value your time and respect.

It’s ok! It could be better but here’s the trick if u wanna make it anywhere ON TIME book your ride early in the morning nd make ur arrive time for the time you have to be there. They are SUPER busy and if you book last minute you will be late. Another issue is the van may be a five seater but stop trying to squeeze three people in the back when it’s two fat people back there already. That van is made for FOUR PEOPLE unless they are skinny. The seatbelts in the front seats don’t even go around heavy set people. Other than that, the transportation is wonderful, the people that drive is amazing, and hopefully they extend their hours soon because it really helps a lot of people that works late hours.

Sitting at defunct stop for hours
This app lede to what seems to be a bus stop, has a sign and bench- but after sitting for hours I called and the staff rudely let me know they retired that stop and I should know that.
