I had a map laided out but it deleted itself and now I have to remap my house. Fix this or have your mapping permanently saved even if it’s deleted you can go back and undo it

Can’t find my model
I am an owner of a DEEBOT N79 series robot and can’t find it listed anywhere. If you are reading this, please help me.
Garbage
Doesn’t recognize any of my 3 WiFi networks (yes, 2.4). Connects to robot, but nothing else. Dead end, an hour of my life I won’t get back.

I got this app and it says that my email and password doesn’t exist so I would not get this app

Downloaded this app only to find that it does not support all the deebot vacuums and it will not let you use the old app for any vacuum that it is linked to! Why do I need two apps for my vacuums!

I have the app but my model number, N79S, is not on the list and can’t do a search so useless.
Abandoned app and no support
Update broke everything bricking my robot. It was mediocre before but now it won’t connect and renders the robot worthless. Used robot for sale.
Only reason I got it was for the WiFi
Litterally read all the boxes this was the perfect one for my price range. Got it home and come to find out the app doesn’t even have a option for my vacuum to connect even tho it’s clearly stated on the box. Will return.

Don’t mess with something that isn’t broken
Since it did an automatic update it no longer works. Can not use the cleaner at all. Very expensive waste of money. My machine is listed in the app but when you open the ap it’s not there. Why fix something that isn’t broken????
Wrong App
The information in the manual gives wrong information about what app to use, the robot I bought is not even in the list, very unprofessional, is a shame costumer have to be researching to connect your products.

Buggy
I just bought a new vac and deleted my old vacuum from the app not wanting to confuse myself or the app. Could not get the robot to fully sync with the app. It gets all the way to the last step and gives me error messages. It has to be this updated version or something buggy with the latest IOS update. Now I can not even get my old robot to connect. My Internet and wifi are the same as before. This is the same app I was using but this is the first time trying to set up a vacuum since it’s last update. Customer support was of no use because I am doing exactly what they are telling me to do and it does not work. We have even shared snapshots of what I am seeing. I guess I will be returning the vacuum because this app renders it useless except for manual cleaning mode which defeats the purpose of this wifi enabled version.

Stay with ECOVACS HOME app
We’re running a refurbished DEEBOT 900. I set everything up with the old app and it worked great. All of a sudden I got the message to install this version. So I did. Nothing but problems: no connect to vacuum, intermittent Wi-Fi, the app actually caused our robot to run diagonal grids. Deleted the app, reset the robot and synced with the old app....runs great again.

Can’t connect - update destroyed functionality
Since I updated the app I can’t connect it to the wifi - what’s the point of having it then if I have to run it manually and cannot have any of the online features / map management etc. completely useless and a massive waste of money. Seriously considering returning it for a full refund ( thank you Costco ) and getting a robovac....

Which app?
I’m told to use this app by the ECOVACSHOME app, only to be told the firmware on my deebot requires the ECOVACSHOME app. Neither works well. Data timeouts, I have two of the same bots with different firmware. Chinese junk.
We want an update !
The other app look way better with a lot of more fonctionnality but i’m stuck with this one because i have a r95 .... I want to be able to save multi floor map, setup manually my zone , share my robot, set it up with my google home and all the other thing the other app can do
