Not great.
I had a map laided out but it deleted itself and now I have to remap my house. Fix this or have your mapping permanently saved even if it’s deleted you can go back and undo it

I am an owner of a DEEBOT N79 series robot and can’t find it listed anywhere. If you are reading this, please help me.

Mir zeigt es leider an, dass die App von 2017 ist, wann gibt es endlich mal ein neues Update? Ich kann meinen Roboter nicht mehr in der Liste finden

Quando vado a varie il programma pulizia, si chiude l’app devo rilanciarla. Questo succede dall’ultimo aggiornamento che avete fatto, prima andava bene. iPhone 12 con IOS aggiornato

Doesn’t recognize any of my 3 WiFi networks (yes, 2.4). Connects to robot, but nothing else. Dead end, an hour of my life I won’t get back.

I got this app and it says that my email and password doesn’t exist so I would not get this app

Downloaded this app only to find that it does not support all the deebot vacuums and it will not let you use the old app for any vacuum that it is linked to! Why do I need two apps for my vacuums!

where is the Deebot Mini. Before I had it. tirsram without warning. Lack of respect for the consumer! Zero credibility of this company. I won't buy anything else! -Empresa sem credibilidade! Retirou do App o Deebot Mini. Largou todo mundo na mão… empresinha picareta.
Keine Roboter trotz korrekter Anmeldung
Die Anmeldeprozedur klappt anstandslos. Nur das der Roboter nicht gespeichert wird. Aktualisierung hin oder her, der Roboter ist nicht gespeichert. Somit nutzlose App 👎👎👎👎👎
Nach dem Update funktioniert er nicht mehr
Habe ein neues Update gemacht ,jetzt lässt sich die App nicht mehr öffnen .Habe sie dann deinstalliert und neu Installiert jetzt gibts den Typ M81 pro in der App nicht mehr., und eine 8 stellige Nummer gibts auch nicht nur 5 Stellig. Das ist natürlich super was soll man davon halten, auf die Antwort vom Support warte ich schon 14 Tage. Toller Service.
