No response to the calls and no action to service requests. Requested for card cancellation long time back and given false offer promises. Fed up with calling too many times and loosing phone recharged amount.

Tried to change password but when I put new password it says login session expired what is this happening?

Worst bank - Stay away

The app is super glitchy, they have automatically changed my reward payout category. I have raised multiple requests but no response and they ignore it. 1000 calls before you take a card, none when you actually need themโ€ฆ
