Cannot access online banking

I’ve been unable to access my online banking for several days now due to the latest app update freezing every time I try to open it. I’ve never had issues like this with other banking apps. It’s frustrating not being able to manage my finances when I need to. The app clearly needs more testing and stability improvements—especially for critical updates. Please fix this as soon as possible.
