Consistently fresh, reliable delivery
What has really stood out is the quality of customer service. Couple of times (out of many deliveries) when the item was incorrect or not of good quality, I was able to get very quick and satisfactory response from their customer service.
I have bought from farms like greenDNA etc which also have great organic produce but the customer service was slow and not customer-friendly.
I hope they don’t change from this level of service.

Highly overpriced and non organic products
This is highly overpriced.
Only for people who cannot go out to market for groceries and ready to spend about 20-30% more money.
I thought the products are organic but after delivery realised that they are not organic.
