l've been using the Pepperfry app for a while to browse and buy furniture, and overall the experience has been pretty good. The app has a clean and user-friendly design, with categories well organized, making it easy to find exactly what I need. I especially like the AR (augmented reality) feature that lets me visualize how a piece of furniture will look in my room-it really helps avoid mismatches.
The product range is huge, from budget options to premium designs, which gives a lot of flexibility depending on price and style.
Payments and checkout are smooth, and l appreciate the multiple EMI options. Delivery has been timely for the most part, though larger items sometimes take a bit longer. The only areas I feel could improve are customer support and tracking updates. Sometimes getting a clear status of the order is confusing, and reaching a support executive can be a little slow. Also, the app is a bit heavy-it works better on Wi-Fi than mobile data.
