The DEN app makes it so easy to stay consistent with my practice. Between the live classes, on-demand library, and beautiful facilitators, it feels like having a wellness studio in my pocket. I love being able to join events virtually or in person. Truly one of the best meditation communities out there.

Den offers such a wide variety of videos and experiences. The app is super easy to navigate, and they have videos for EVERYONE. If you’re looking for opportunities for growth, grounding, self love & more then I’d recommend den in a heartbeat. 💕✨
Teacher and Modalities are Unreal
I am a bit fan of everything DEN. They have more than meditation, from breathwork, soundbaths and healings. The best.

Such a unique app
I appreciate that the Den Mediation. Or only provides classes, workshops, and community, but to be able to have it all in one place- on this app- is amazing!!! It’s easy to navigate and I can find all the offerings and services that I am looking for.
