Very User Friendly
Deputy is very user friendly. I cannot think of any areas that need improvement. I especially like the feature that allows staff to easily find other available staff members, that may be able to pick up my hours as needed.
My only issue is that I am unable to make changes to my timecard once I have signed out. I am not able to add any additional comments or add mileage afterwards, unless I contact a member of management.

App is ok but access after you’ve put leave in to change it would be an idea to better it.
Not the best
This app is ok with letting us see our shifts, and it’s nice to see the specifics, the schedule and who we’re gonna work with, and offer shifts to people. But this app is also super buggy. It’s always lagging and freezing, and takes forever to load half the information. On top of that, many of the addresses for shifts appear in random places on the map, even with the correct address on the shift information. If they fixed the bugs and freezing this would be a lot better.

The newest version online and app is absolutely trash will tons of bugs and navigation issues. They took a good product and ruined it completely. Don’t waste the money with this product.

Please allow “view by team member” in the schedule calendar, like you allow in the web app.

I like how it notifies you before shift starts and it lets you know when to clock out. It’s also great tool for communicating PTO requests.

It’s very nice app to get shift done and you can sign in and sign out.

The most interactive company I have EVER known. It’s like a family. Everyone is connected and all the paperwork is sent to you it’s amazing. You are informed always about everything and anything. I usually don’t comment but literally this company is too great everything is done PROFESSIONALLY! I love it!

Great app! I highly recommend Deputy to all companies. It’s very convenient and easy to use. Sometimes clocking in can be difficult due to poor signal, but overall it’s an excellent app.

Deputy is a great app for staff to document their start and end times of their shift each day. The photo verification is a reliable tool to ensure every staff is consistent to ensure safety for all staff and children whom we work with. The shifts are easy to follow and flexibility to change shifts pending staff availability is efficient and a reliable source for evidence of staff attendance.
