Login error
The app hasn’t been letting me login it keeps saying theirs an update and to try again soon but it’s been almost a full year of this so I need it fixed now please!!
White Screen of Death
Every time I’ve opened this app lately, I am greeted by the white screen of death. It may take thirty seconds to load - maybe two minutes. It may never load after all and just crash entirely. Either way, I’m having trouble accessing my bank account through this app. I need to be able to see my finances. No one can afford to have their bank app crashing upon opening every time they attempt to open it.

Bank is okay, App is horrible
The app crashes constantly. It never remembers my biometrics. The UI looks like it’s from the 2000s and the performance certainly matches. I’m seriously considering switching banks because the experience using this app brings more headaches than anything. Why is it that this app is prone to freeze multiple times a month, requiring me to delete it and redownload? This is absurd. Desert Financial, please update this!!! At this point in 2026 this kind of buggy performance issues is reprehensible.

Problems
I’m having trouble logging into my account. It keeps saying error. I’ve deleted the app. I’ve done everything you could think of. I don’t know what’s going on. Please help.
Zelle takes FOREVERRRRRRR
There’s no point in Zelle if I have to still wait 30mins minimum for my money to be received.
Bill pay
I really like the app but with the last update the bill pay feature was moved. Now it requires 3 button pushes instead of 1 button push like before. Please consider putting the bill pay shortcut back on the bottom like it was before.
Credit card
Good app, but doesn't allow you access to your credit card account
In cahoots with apple
Apparently, you must have an apple 14 or above in order to utilize the Desert financial app

Can y’all make my deposits appear as green again versus just black text. Makes it easier to find my work deposits when I’m going through my spending. I know it’s a long shot but thanks.

I have worked in the banking world. I spent 12 years in customer service and management so I know what it’s like when it comes to banking. You can have good customers you can have not so good customers.
I’ve seen these team members deal with not so nice customers, and they deal with them with kindness, empathy, and truly trying to help them solve whatever issue they’re having.
I’ve been with the bank for over 10 years and I think my husband has been with this bank for over 20 years. They don’t pressure me into doing anything that isn’t good for me. They have different departments that can help you in many many situations. I will remain faithful to Desert Financial. Thank you Gayle Gerkin .

Missing Link
This for the most part a good app. HOWEVER it is missing a link to enable management of your Desert Financial Credit Union Credit Card. So if you want or need to manage your credit card, review activities, or even make a payment there is no link within the app to manage your credit card. You will need to use a PC or laptop to manage your credit card Otherwise this is a good app.

Zelle Has Been A Game Changer
I have always found this app to be user-friendly. I’ve banked only with Desert Financial my entire life. Now they have an option for Zelle and I got so excited I had to leave a review after my first time using Zelle via the Desert Financial app. Cheers.

Mobile deposit
Their mobile deposit never works 🤦♂️. Either the app glitches and doesn’t let me deposit or some error pops up. Haven’t been able to use mobile deposit the past two months and even when I went to the bank they had no idea how to help me
