App simply doesn't work. If you want to follow somebody's blood sugar level, make sure they use some other device and not Dexcom.

Widget Issues
Widget no longer displays sharer name or number. Please fix.
Reliable
The app works well for us to be able to keep up with family member’s BG. Recently, the widget stopped providing readings on my phone screen. Additionally, an upgrade to the watch version to allow for readings on the watch face would be great.

Broken Widget
Latest update broke the Home Screen widget. Nothing displays.
No sensor expiring info
It is imperative that the follow application provide the information on when the sensor session will expire! This is extremely important for tracking of young family members, but useful for everyone! Type 1 diabetes is a life threatening disease and must be taken seriously by any company that provides devices /software to monitor blood glucose!

I have tried and tried to add my husband onto my g7 so he can keep up with my very brittle diabetes and my blood sugars. It says on the g7 app on my phone that he is following but he can't get anything on his phone. The g6 worked fine. We are very dissatisfied and aggravated.
Useless tool
Used this app for my son for years and through multiple upgrades now every time I open app it just closes out right away

My dad has a Dexcom and it would not let me or my mom follow his blood sugar reading when I try to get help and called the person hung up on me
Update looks terrible
Hard to read- no longer displays dynamic text without cropping. Also, new appearance of graph is choppy and hard to read

Sharing Issue
Please assist with my wife’s G7 not sharing data with anyone in our family who follows her G7 data.
Disconnects even when data is supposed to share
My boyfriend’s app shows that he is sharing his readings with me but when I look on the follow app it says it’s disconnected. Can you guys do an update to fix this issue?
Great App
Not sure why this app only has 2.4 avg rating. Yes it loses connection briefly sometimes, but that’s expected, and honestly doesn’t really affect anything. We’ve loved this app and can’t live without it. Works great vast majority of the time. Highly recommended.
Make it rotate in iPad!
A simple flip of a switch on the developer’s side: “Make compatible with ipad” takes two seconds! App won’t rotate to landscape.
Doesn’t work with iPhone
This app doesn’t work with iPhone. Dexcom needs to fix the app because the share function doesn’t work. 0 stars if I can give it.
App won’t work with new iPhone 16.
Everytime I try to open the app it closes immediately. I tried logging on to dexcom support but it doesn’t offer me the proper “complaint” to select from. It’s a computer complaint and only offers complaints about the actual dexcom device. How can o get this to open and stay open in order to watch my child’s blood glucose numbers? This app worked well with my iPhone 11. I can’t go back to that phone, it’s broken.
