Fingerprint scanner not working on first login on iphone 17 pro max
I recently bought a new iphone 17 pro max with ios 26.3 and tried logging into my dib account multiple times and its stuck on the fingerprint scanning screen. I tried logging into android phone with same account and its stuck worked like a charm.
I also tried logging into other banking apps like meezan and easypaisa in this iphone and their fingerprint scanner works fine but the dibpak’s scanner is having issues. Please resolve this issue asap.

WORST APP EVER
I’m not able to do biometric verification on a new device and it redirects me to otp again and again. I have tried it multiple times even reinstalled the app but no luck.

The fingerprints scanner on new login not working
I am using iPhone 17 pro max with iOS 26.3 and I tried logging into my dib account multiple times, the first time login fingerprint scanner does not detect my fingerprint. Please fix this issue asap.
Worst app for the worst bank
DIB is one of the worst banks I have ever used in any country. Their app is outdated, cannot be registered on newer iPhones, and has frequent downtime almost every other week. Sometimes transactions fail but the money gets deducted from the account and takes a month to be refunded. Their helpline is almost 100% useless and never resolves any issue; their response is always “visit a branch” but when you visit their office the employees are just as clueless. Amazing incompetence.

Bugs keep sending new otp
Please fix this bug, i go to my email to get the otp code when i come back to app it generates new code. Does someone even test the app??
Need to add more options
The application is good , but you guys must add more options , as like phone topups !. and much more , and must work on the app.
Mediocre App
There are serious security flaws with the app along with frequent service disruptions. For Pakistan, it’s normal to have just a working app full of bugs. Customer service is at another level, have to CC the CEO to get a response.

Worst App Ever
When you make a transaction it will appear processing then after 2 mints that transaction is failed but the debited amount from your account. On dashboard the amount then you will try again when you try again it Will debit twice when you restart the app. I made a transactions the receiver not yet received the amount and they debited from my account. Even when you try to open it will appear service temporarily not available or when open the dashboard board nothing appears needs to work on such things. Thank you

Pathetic App Response
I wish I could rate this app as negative but there is no option belw 1 star. I try not to use this pathetic app, but somehow if sometimes I need to use it, always having problems that app becomes unresponsive. I tried to reach their social media account but customer service is as pathetic as the app.
