Horrible scam app
I was offered a free ride as apart of a promotion, as this was free I decided to take it for a short trip. Instead I’m told I have to pay my full fare as it had not been paid. This is absolutely disgusting and clearly used to take advantage of people who won’t dispute it. I went to discuss this with customer service and was told it still must pay the ride as their system says it wasn’t discounted. System error or scam it’s horrible with horrible service. Stick to uber and safe yourself the hassle.

Useless
Multiple Didi drivers sat outside the cruise terminal and declined rides until the price skyrocketed. Absolutely a rort. Paid a taxi driver instead.

関西の大きな駅で、駅に到着後にDiDiで配車しました。雨が降っていたため、他にもタクシーが待機している大きな出口付近で待機していました。
配車確定後、「到着しました」と通知が届きましたが、周囲に該当するタクシーは見当たりませんでした。その後、運転手から「見つからないので少し待ってほしい」と電話がありました。実際には到着していないにもかかわらず到着通知が送られたため、こちらは5分以内に乗車しなければペナルティが発生する状況となり、大変困惑しました。
その後も「○○(店名)の前まで来てほしい」と何度も電話がありましたが、雨の中で移動するのは難しいと伝えたところ、運転手から強い口調で「キャンセルします。他のタクシーに乗ってください」と言われました。しかし、アプリでは利用者都合のキャンセルとして処理され、キャンセル料まで請求されました。
納得できず、すぐにDiDiのカスタマーサポートへ電話し、不当なペナルティの解除をお願いしましたが、「目立たない場所で待っていたのが悪い」とこちらを一方的に非難されるだけで、運転手が実際には未到着のまま到着通知を送ったことや、運転手都合でキャンセルすると言ったにもかかわらず利用者都合として処理されたことについては一切説明や対応がありませんでした。
運転手・カスタマーサポートともに対応が非常に不誠実で、大変不快な思いをしました。今後利用することはありません。配車料金払って使っているのに本当にありえません。

No hay ningun número ni manera de contactarme, por favor necesito urgentemente contactarme con soporte! Cambie de número en la plataforma y mi Didi card desapareció y necesito pagarla, pero el anterior número no lo tengo me lo robaron y dice la aplicación que con mi otro número puede aparecer mi Didi card pero prescisamente lo cambié por lo mismo!! Porque me lo robaron! Tuve que cambiar el número y ahora está desparecida, nadie puede ayudarme!!

Almost better than uber, but it isn’t
VERY promising, but the clunky user interface that freezes at any point for minutes at a time, the unreliable sign up reference process (gave 3 people links and got no reward for it), unclear terms and conditions around ride discounts, and by the sounds of things a TERRIBLE refund process, it’s not worth it.

Currently seen the worst driver I had ever met in DIDI, and DIDI take no action to driver who kicks customers off from vehicle

This app is great until driver after driver keep on canceling the ride. Not sure if its because the ride is too short or what but its just ridiculous especially when one needs to get somewhere. There should be a limit on how many rides a driver can skip.

App not accepting new accounts
For the past few days I have been trying to activate new account using my cellphone number in Egypt but for some reason I never received the text message with the verification code. And I am sure that I am entering the correct number along with the correct country code.
Frozen app after update
Cannot use any function with new iOS and new didi update together. Very painful!’

Ride cancellations
Drivers except the ride and forgets to pick up. Customer care is good for nothing latter they try to charge you more when you book.
App is very laggy on iPhone 17 Pro
The DiDi app is very laggy on my iPhone 17 Pro. It often freezes, takes too long to load, and the overall performance feels slow. Please optimize the app, as it’s frustrating to use.

Traumatic uber driver
As I was getting out and reaching for my suitcase, the driver suddenly started moving before I was fully out of the car. It was dangerous, traumatic, and completely unacceptable. I don’t feel safe using DiDi again after this.
