Tried almost 10 times, contacted support, sent ton of emails but still nothing.

OTC problems
Whoever developed this website is naive. Didn’t check how it worked. Tried copy paste OTC. Didn’t work. Tried manually typing again nothing happened and kept blank. Tried logging out and logging in. No success. Tried deleting and reinstalling App and same issue. It won’t let me copy paste or manually writing.

Unable to Entet OTP
I am unable to enter OTP the app doesn't let me enter. So can't add any account it change settings. Worst thing is my password has expired so now I can't change it. Even their webapp is not working properly. I know they have worst customer support but i will do my part.

Most pathetic app I have ever come across. A two year old could design a better working app. The developers of this app should quit their day job and enter another profession. This isn’t for you guys.

Impossible to recover forgotten password. It locks you out after one try. Even the old version as better. Look for any better and intuitive app like alfalah, Meezan, chase bank or Bank of America. I moved all my money to other bank because of this ridiculous app

This is my first review ever on apps, this is one of the most pathetic and cheap services by this bank and same as the app, it stucks hangs and doesn’t transfer or gets payments, one of the most reputable bank of pakistan is doing worst services I am going to change my bank and I will also never recommend to anyone else

Bank Of Problems
I must say, whoever is responsible for developing and updating this app should be fired. After the recent update, it's clear that no one cares to check the functionality or fix the issues. You can tell it's a government institution—there’s absolutely no check and balance like you’d see in private banks. The app is full of problems, and God knows when they’ll be resolved. A big NO to Bank of Punjab!
