Amazing service and app
Previously i submitted a low rating because I lost access to the app. At the time I did not realize that was a trial period and DIY was online only through the browser. The individuals I talked to that helped me were top notch. The information in this app and service is invaluable. Manuals, TSBs, etc are in the best format I have seen from an autorepair manual service. If you work on vehicles or run a shop I highly recommend. Thank you Identifix for your outstanding product and amazing customer service. Yall lead the way in both of these areas. If youre a potential customer and scoping out what they offer, do not give it a second guess. You wont regret choosing them and their subscription. If your a DIYer this is hands down the best system for you. $30 per month is absolutely worth every penny for what you get. Very user friendly.

Horrible customer service
They will take your money and remove access to your account with no reason whatsoever. Do not trust this company and their customer service. The app is good if you have access but i would highly recommend all data diy or mitchell 1 because this company lacks sufficient customer service help and management of your information and account. They are a bunch of thieves. Im currently in process of reporting them to the attorney general of Florida for taking money without providing the service promised.

Wiring diagrams
Unable to access the colour wiring diagrams through the app. Other than that the app works well. But it is a major pain not having colour diagrams

I payed for this Identifix and it didn’t work the money comes out of my bank account every month but it says I don’t have an account.

Takes you money every month and gives you no access
Every month I pay for this service and haven’t been able to use it. You’re Better off on google.
