Perfect App For Our Needs

We selected this app for our HOA community to keep everyone up-to-date on resident contact information. The addition of access to our community calendar in everyone’s hands is great as well. Finally, we like the feature that allows printing of paper directories for those that don’t have access to the directory through a phone or browser. A Great app, and wonderful support from the DirectorySpot team as we went live.

Love this directory app!

My school and my homeowners association both use DirectorySpot. It is so easy to use and it’s always with me. I don’t know how I ever lived without it! Highly recommend

You need an account, account creation isn’t available in the app. In the website there might be a way to create the account but you will most likely have to pay

Hi - your organization needs to set you up with an account for you to be able to access DirectorySpot. You cannot create an account on the app, you can only log in on the app once you have been set up with an account. If you are trying to access an existing organization, let me know which one and I can put you in touch with the right person to set you up.

Save password toggle doesn’t work

I have to enter my password EVERY time.

I am sorry you are having an issue saving the password. On the login screen, right below the password box, you should see a "Save Password" slider button. Just click the right side so that it turns green to save your password. This will enable one click login for you. I hope this resolves your issue. I needed a solution like this, Thank you Directory Spot !!

Finding an easy to use, flexible directory app has been a long journey for me. When i finally ran across Directory Spot, I was blown away, that in addition to providing most everything i needed, it also provided the additional customization necessary to make it a perfect out of the box solution for my community. Group messaging, flexible search for multiple fields, user secure editing of their personal profile, easy importing from CVS files, a sponsor tab that can be used for many things, and great customer support for getting up and running. The development team delivered on this product.

Can’t see notifications

You can’t see notifications if you click on the lock screen and it opens your phone. Please make a menu option (within the app) to see past notifications.

Bug with directory list

The last listing in the directory list is not clickable because it automatically bounces back the list when you try to scroll all the way down.
The workaround is to type that name into the search, but I could see this frustrating a lot of people, especially because you might assume the listing isn’t even there.

Can’t search by child’s first name. Limits functionality, especially with younger grades.

Hi -we have two options when a school sets up a directory, they can list by family or by student. If they list by student, then you can easily search by student first or last name on the app. On the web version, you can search by student first or last name regardless of how the school has it set up on the web. Hope this helps. Thanks

I love being able to access phone numbers, addresses and even emails on the go right from my phone. The mapping feature is great too!

Directory Spot Is AMAZING!!!!!

Directory Spot is my favorite and one of my most used apps for my family. I have three different directories on the app, and I can easily go from one directory to another. It is super user friendly and I can look up phone numbers, emails, and home addresses of my children’s friends and teammates with a couple clicks. Highly recommend for families. My husband and I couldn’t run our family without it.

Love this app!

I LOVE this app! It makes it so easy to look up teachers, friends, parents, teammates, etc. It’s all the numbers I need stored within the same app but different directories. GENIUS!

I could not have been any happier with a directory Ap. I have several groups that I can access all members in one “spot”! It is easy to use and helps me keep all of my team/school contacts in one place for easy access. Love it!

Love Directory Spot-it is so helpful as I have 4 kids in 4 different schools- It helps keep me organized with names, addresses, etc. The app also makes it easy to get in touch with my kid’s teachers. Highly recommend!!
